This lovely one bedroom holiday apartment is ideally located just off the seafront and minutes from the restaurants, theatres, shops and attractions of Eastbourne. Set on the hall floor of a re-developed Grade II listed building, it is the sister apartment of our Gresham House two-bed apartment.
Tasteful and modern throughout, the spacious bedroom of this Eastbourne holiday flat has a side sea view and a super-kingsize bed that can be split into twins if required. Perfect for couples on romantic getaways or two friends in need of an escape from hectic, urban lives. We can also provide a travel cot free of charge for young tots so this luxury holiday flat makes a great choice for young families.
Cosy and clean apartment - close to the beach. We spent a wonderful week in this super modern, clean and very comfy apartment (Gresham House, Flat No.2). The apartment and especially the kitchen is very well equipped. We loved our breakfasts and afternoons teas on the outside deck/patio. The Small Print
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
