Available again from Easter, this luxurious one bedroom holiday flat was one of the most popular holiday apartments in our portfolio.
Set on the hall floor of a re-developed Grade II listed building it is the sister apartment of our Gresham House two-bed apartment, ideally located just off the seafront and minutes from the restaurants, theatres, shops and attractions of Eastbourne.
Tasteful and modern throughout, the spacious bedroom of this Eastbourne holiday flat has a side sea view and a super-kingsize bed that can be split into twins if required – perfect for couples or friends in need of an escape from hectic, urban lives. The spacious bathroom boasts both bath and separate shower.
The contemporary open-plan living space has a stylish modern kitchen ideal for a self catering holiday with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine etc. The lounge has a flat-screen TV and there are French doors leading to a delightful private south-facing sun terrace, with table and chairs.
If the evenings turn chilly, there is underfloor heating throughout, plus additional radiators, making this a cosy option for a seaside break summer or winter.
It is located on the ‘hall’ floor of the building, literally next to the two-bedroom Gresham apartment (so ideal if you would like to stay close to friends and family).
There are eight steps up to the main front door of the building and then is all on one level, making it a good option for those needing easy access. There is a lift to take you out into the gardens and the bin/recycling area.
Parking permits are available for just £1 per day (free on Sundays) which allow to park across a wide-section of Eastbourne.
WiFi is free and all towels and linen (including an extra set if your stay is over a week) are included, plus enough tea and coffee for a welcome drink, as well as mini toiletries in the bathrooms.
We can also provide a travel cot free of charge for young tots so this luxury holiday flat makes a great choice for young families.
There will also be a few starter cleaning supplies, such as Fairy Liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, jay cloth and sponge.

This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
