Walk into the lounge and take in the views, from the stylish blue sofa or the dining table which sits in the large bay by the windows, or relax on the bar stools by the kitchen – you will love the open plan nature of the kitchen – never again will you be so enthusiastic to wash the dishes as you will at this seafront apartment in Eastbourne, facing the pier and more focused on fluffy clouds than Fairy Liquid.
The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine (bring extra coffee pods), washing machine and all the kitchen items you’ll need for self catering accommodation.

This beautiful seafront apartment offers flexible accommodation – the master bedroom has a superking-size bed which splits into two single beds if you prefer, plus a built-in wardrobe so no need to minimise your packing.
The second smaller bedroom has a permanent single bed plus a handy desk for remote working. The desk can be folded up to allow a second full-size single bed to be set up ready for your arrival – just let us know your preferences when booking.

The Small Print
Minimum age of lead guest is 25+. This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted. No parties.
There is a week-long minimum stay, with Friday changeovers in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
