With a ramped access and no tricky steps to negotiate, this holiday flat is a good option for those requiring accessible accommodation in Eastbourne. The entrance area leads into an open plan living space which is comfortable, practical and has delightful views over gardens. There is a three-seat sofa, armchair, SMART TV (subscription to apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime apply), plus dining table to seat up to four. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, a triple wardrobe, a couple of easy chairs, bedside tables, plus an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a double with garden views, and has a double wardrobe. There is a separate family bathroom with a bath and shower over.
Speedy WiFi is provided free of charge, plus crisp linen and fluffy towels. You’ll even find enough tea, coffee and milk for a welcome drink. Parking is free on-street, although being located in such a central location means that a car isn’t essential.

This is a great apartment, it is only a few minutes walk to the town centre and the beach. The interior decoration is nice and brand new. Very comfortable bed as well.
Excellent location. The location was very good for beach and quieter end of Seafront as well as easy walk to shopping centre along sea front and back roads where you find small shops on way.

Perfect for 3 adults and 7 month old baby. We have just returned from a.week in this lovely flat, perfect accommodation with ramp for pushchairs etc. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that 2nd bedroom is along a short corridor so perfect for our daughter’s baby as she was not disturbed during the evening. Location excellent with short walk (5 minutes) from beach, local shops close by and town centre 15 minutes. We found an excellent cafe/restaurant which was particularly baby friendly called Favo’Loso, delicious food and great staff so ended up there most early evenings.
We loved our stay at Jevington Gardens. The unit was immaculately clean, quiet and had all the amenities we needed plus some. Important for us was the location and we loved being able to walk to Beachy Heads, Meads, the Mall, the Pier, the theatre and local restaurants. Highly recommended.
Central location. We loved our stay - this apartment is so well located, within walking distance to Beachy Heads, Eastbourne Pier, the Mall, and many other attractions. The apartment is well appointed, secure and has free street parking. We couldn't fault it...
Contemporary apartment in quiet location. This gorgeous contemporary 2 bedroom apartment is perfectly located for the beach, South Downs, town centre, theatres, restaurants, cafes & delis. It’s also amazingly quiet given that all the amenities are so close by. Towner Gallery (art exhibitions & cinema) and Printers playhouse (bar, bands & plays) are 10-15 minutes walk away. No need to use the car unless exploring further afield!
The decor was very modern and the flat was well-maintained, super spotless and clean. Location is slightly inconvenient but other than that everything is amazing
An amazing flat in an amazing location. All main attractions can be reached on foot. Only a few minutes to the beach. Super clean flat and well arranged. We loved the soft carpet. The kitchen equipment looks brand new. We had a great time! We hope to be back next year

Lovely apartment in nice location. Beautiful apartment on ground floor of Victorian house. Large lounge diner and big bedrooms. Very well appointed, modern facilities bathrooms etc. 5 min stroll to sea front. Lots of nice restaurants and little shops are also very close. 15 min walk into centre of Eastbourne. I would highly recommend this property.
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday basis in peak season, although flexible arrival days and shorter stays may be possible out of season or last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (the booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
