Let us introduce you to Saffrons Sunset, completely refurbished and beautifully presented throughout for a tranquil holiday apartment, close to the beach and all the finest attractions in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
A delightful two-bedroom holiday apartment set on the second (top floor), sleeping up to four people and a perfect base for exploring the delights of East Sussex.
Located in sought-after Saffrons, Eastbourne, it is little more than a tennis serve from the courts in delightful Gildredge Park (under no circumstances miss out of the yummy homemade cakes at Love All Cafe based there), whilst at the other end of the tree-lined road is Eastbourne train station and town centre, with its four theatres, Beacon Centre (with Cineworld cinema complex, cafes, restaurants and shops). The beach and promenade are a very easy 15 minute stroll away, with the iconic Eastbourne Pier, Carpet Gardens and sparkling sea – for all that is to be embraced about south coast holidays.
Farrow and Ball really should use this holiday accommodation as a showcase for their muted, warm colours, brought to life with impeccable interior design, complimented by seemingly ankle-deep carpets and comfortable furniture, and backed by high-end appliances for a splendid combination of style and substance.

The Small Print
Smoking is not permitted in the property or grounds. Minimum age of lead booker is 25+. No parties permitted.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and shorter stays may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
