Highly recommend this property! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Eastbourne. I stayed here with my son while traveling home to England after four years. The flat was well decorated and very clean. The location was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach! There's a great restaurant within a five-minute walk called Pomodoro e Mozzarella. Parking at the flat was very easy and we were always able to find good parking. The hosts were amazing. They made check-in very easy, very responsive to emails, and when we had an issue with the front door to the flat the host came over first thing in the morning. The Small Print
Smoking is not permitted in this property. No pets allowed. Adults only as this is a quiet residential block. Please keep noise low - especially on the balcony. Remove outdoor footwear on entry.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Sunday to Sunday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
