This luxury apartment is set in an attractive Italian influenced modern building (constructed in 2011) with only one apartment per floor and located on a quiet tranquil side street just a few minutes’ walk to the many restaurants, pubs, theatres, shops and attractions of Eastbourne.

The beach, southern coastline, Grand Parade, and the glorious 6km stretch of Eastbourne’s Promenade are 300 feet from the apartment, literally at the street end. A short 4 minute walk north along the Promenade leads to the Eastbourne Bandstand where you can enjoy a variety of concerts and bands. An additional 4 minute walk along the Promenade, from the Bandstand, leads to the historical Eastbourne Pier with its variety of shops, café/bar, tea rooms, night club, and fantastic views of the English Channel.
Eastbourne’s town center with its High Street shops, two indoor shopping centres, independent boutiques, pedestrianized precinct, and its high concentration of tempting restaurants, cafes and pubs is a 7 minute walk from the apartment.
All four of Eastbourne’s Theatres (Congress Theatre, Devonshire Park Theatre, Royal Hippodrome Theatre, and Winter Garden Theatre) as well as the Towner modern art gallery are all located within a leisurely 2 to 10 minute walk from the apartment.
The International Lawn Tennis Centre, Home of the Nature Valley International world class tennis championships (pre-Wimbledon championship) is a 6 minute walk, barely more than tennis serve away.

The open plan living area is airy, light and tastefully furnished, with a large L-shaped sofa and arm chair in front of a large UHD flat screen TV with 70 Freeview channels beckoning you to relax. There is a dining table to seat four, strategically placed in front of the expansive windows, which view out to your private front patio area. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing / drying machine, a good array of cooking utensils, and even a wine cooler – ideal for Eastbourne holidays.
This modern holiday apartment sleeps up to four across the two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and an immaculate ensuite shower room, while the second bedroom is a double. Both bedrooms are flooded with natural light thanks to the double glazed sliding patio doors which lead out to your private rear terrace, with another terrace at the front of the property. There is also a family bathroom, with a bath and shower over, so no queuing for the facilities. The accommodation sleeps four comfortably and is ideal for a family or two couples.
Linen and regular towels are provided (bring your own beach towels). Free fibre broadband WiFi is also available and included.
The train station is 0.6 miles (12 minute walk) from the apartment, convenient for day/weekend trips to or from London. A car is far from essential but parking permits are available for just £2 per day (free on Sundays) which allows you to park across a wide section of Eastbourne.

The sanctuary - lovely place, modern, new, clean, quiet. The hosts were excellent and totally looked after me before and during my check-in and of course at check out. Really nice people who were only too happy to help.
The Sanctuary is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is the perfect place for guests wanting to enjoy the seafront or attractions throughout the town. It is within easy walking distance of the train station for trips to London or other attractions. The street is very quiet at night so the location is peaceful and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this location.

The Sanctuary is modern and has all the amenities required for a relaxing stay. Two bathrooms make it ideal for a family or two couples.
An extremely comfortable and well equipped apartment close to the beach and the center of Eastbourne. Calm & relaxing décor helps you to forget you are so close to shops, theatres, cafes and bars. Amazingly quiet - no street noise at all. All the letting agency staff we met and spoke to were friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this apartment.
We'll be back! We SO enjoyed our first staycation in Eastbourne, and much of that was because this flat is so close to everything, so quiet, so comfortable, so well equipped and so spacious. Thanks to the team and we look forward to being able to drop back again another time!

This property does not accept pets. Children aged 8 and over are welcome. This property is strictly for NO SMOKING guests only.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
