Parking is on street and you can pick up permits for just £1 per day on arrival although being located in such a central location means that you don’t need a car.

C'est franchement excellent, de très bonnes vacances au mois d'aout avec Airbourne le fameux spectrale aéronautique au bord de la mer. l'appartement est équipé correctement, cuisine, salle de bains etc + wifi....Il ne manque rien. Proche de la mer, du centre ville et de la gare, si on veut aller à Londres ou ailleurs. Que dire d'autres ? Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur dévouement.
We rented this holiday flat through Carl and Sarah Stanger with whom we had dealt before so we were confident that what they told us about the property was true. We were not disappointed. Sarah was there when we arrived to give us the keys and show us around. we were delighted to find everywhere spotless which was very important to us. Beds and bedding were comfortable and the place very bright and airy. There was even enough armchair seating for everyone without any squabbles! The location is great too. Five minute walk to sea front and about the same to train station and shopping centre. We would surely recommend this beautiful flat to anyone and would stay there again.
We stayed at this property in early April and booked it based on a review by an earlier occupier. The photos on Tripadviser were an accurate indication of the flat which had apparently only recently become available. We were made to feel very welcome by the agents acting on behalf of the owners. It would not be an exaggeration to say that the flat was truly spotless with most if not all the kitchen equipment and furniture almost new. As far as location is concerned, you could not really be better positioned. The railway station , seafront and large shopping center are literally a few minutes walk away. We took our car but in reality, it was not necessary for us. Parking could be an issue in the peak holiday periods as with all coastal resorts, but you can buy daily parking permits for £1 a day from the agents. Cannot really think of anything negative to say about our own experience here and would certainly stay here again if we decide to revisit.

The Kitchen has everything we needed and is very functional. My children loved their bedroom with the double bank bed and I slept very well...The appartment is situated very close to the town center and the sea. Everything was exactly as discribed and sometimes even better. Nice cosy flat, both comfortable and pretty. Quite ideally located street. Close to center, close to the sea. Hardly one car passes in 5 minutes. We were two adults and 2 kids. Both main and kids bedrooms are brilliant. Huge windows. Lots of light when you need it (good blinds). Lots of interesting reading, board games for all ages. Functional kitchen... What we really are trying to say is that we had a great time in the appartment and would recommend it to any family of our size. Thanx to Carl and Sarah!
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
