With dozens of delicious restaurants and cafes also just moments from your door, some well deserved indulging will not be missed here – The thick hot chocolate bars at ‘Deliciously Gorgeous’ are a personal favourite of ours.

The Devonshire park complex is less than a 5 minute walk away meaning tennis lovers and theatre enthusiasts can enjoy all the action knowing they haven’t got far to travel or parking to worry about.

You can also confidently book this wonderful apartment with the excitement of being only a 5-minute walk from the 6 mile stretch of Eastbourne beach.

A stroll along the promenade with fish and chips in hand can be the perfect way to spend your evening as you gaze out across the stunning English Channel.

The apartment has been completely renovated to a high standard and comes fully furnished throughout. Free WiFi is provided along with towels and linen with a second set supplied for stays longer than a week but please remember to bring your own towels for the beach or swimming.

On the first floor of the apartment is the spacious open plan living/dining area. There is a Smart T.V with internet and app capabilities meaning you can watch all your favourite shows on Netflix, iPlayer, YouTube and the ITV Hub (you must have an account to access the named applications).

There is plenty of room for everyone with two large sofas and a dining table that comfortably seats six. The living room also has a small balcony that over looks the street below.

Across the hall is the newly fitted kitchen which is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, cafetiere, microwave and all the cooking utensils you will need for a self catering break.

As you head upstairs each of the three bedrooms have been thoughtfully laid out with each room having it’s own unique design. The master bedroom has a classic design with a kingsize bed, built-in wardrobe space and a vintage dressing table.

The second bedroom has been designed with a seaside theme and it can be setup with either a kingsize bed or two singles (please advise on booking), it also has built-in wardrobe space and a dressing table.

The third bedroom completes the property with a warm and bright design, two single beds and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is also on this level with a large walk-in shower, toilet and basin.

If you are bringing a car we can provide parking permits which cost just £1 per day.

As there are a large number of stairs, this property would not be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season and bookings run from Friday to Friday, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season and last minute.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
