This three-bedroom holiday apartment in central Eastbourne is perfectly located just minutes from the town’s main attractions and iconic land marks. The new multi-million pound Beacon shopping centre is situated just at the end of the road, with a great range of shops, eateries and a multiscreen Cineworld cinema.
With dozens of delicious restaurants and cafes also just moments from your door, some well deserved indulging will not be missed here.
The Devonshire park complex is less than a five minute walk away, so tennis lovers and theatre enthusiasts can enjoy all the action within an easy stroll – the Congress Theatre holds huge productions from London’s West End and Devonshire Park theatre has more intimate shows.
Eastbourne beach, with the iconic pier, carpet gardens and bandstand, is also just five minutes away, and the five mile long promenade to Sovereign Harbour is great for a stroll and gaze across the English Channel.
We would stay here again without hesitation. It is very clean and up to date. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to see various parts of the southern coast as it is right near the train station. Check in is very simple and everything is exactly as described. The Small Print
Small well behaved adult neutered / spayed dogs (over 3 years old) will be considered - please contact us to discuss. If accepted a £50 supplement per dog will apply. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or apartment building.
There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season and bookings run from Friday to Friday, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season and last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
