The Beacon Loft is a beautifully presented holiday apartment which has been completely renovated in January 2019, providing high quality dog friendly accommodation in Eastbourne.
This three-bedroom holiday apartment in central Eastbourne is perfectly located just minutes from Eastbourne’s main attractions and iconic land marks. The new multi-million pound Beacon shopping centre opened its doors at the end of 2018 and is situated just at the end of the road.
With dozens of delicious restaurants and cafes also just moments from your door, some well deserved indulging will not be missed here. The thick hot chocolate bars at ‘Deliciously Gorgeous’ are a personal favourite of ours.
The Devonshire park complex is less than a five minute walk away meaning tennis lovers and theatre enthusiasts can enjoy all the action knowing they haven’t got far to travel or parking to worry about. Eastbourne beach is only five minutes away, and the six mile long promenade is great for a stroll and gaze across the English Channel.
Stylish and spacious dog friendly accommodation in Eastbourne
With the amazing stretch of beaches, South Downs cliff tops and the local forestry we are pleased to be able to provide dog friendly accommodation in Eastbourne. Please provide details of your dog on booking, only well behaved, small adult neutered dogs will be accepted. A £50 supplement per dog applies.
Set across two floors, this Eastbourne accommodation has been completely renovated to a high standard and comes fully furnished throughout.
On the first floor of the apartment is the spacious dining lounge, which has two large sofas and a dining table that comfortably seats six. This has a Smart TV, so as well as regular terrestrial channels, you can access internet viewing options such as Netflix, BBC iPlayer, YouTube and the ITV Hub (don’t forget your log in details). A small balcony off the lounge overlooks the street below.
Across the hall is the newly fitted kitchen which is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, cafetiere, microwave and all the cooking utensils you will need for self catering holidays.
As you head upstairs each of the three bedrooms have been thoughtfully laid out with each room having its own unique design. The master bedroom has a classic design with a kingsize bed, built-in wardrobe space and a vintage dressing table.
The second bedroom has a seaside theme and can be set up with either a kingsize bed or two singles (please advise on booking). This room also has built-in wardrobe space and a dressing table. The third bedroom completes the property with a warm and bright design, two single beds and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is also on this level with a large walk-in shower, toilet and basin.
As there are a large number of stairs, this property would not be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions. Free WiFi is provided along with towels and linen with a second set supplied for stays longer than a week but please remember to bring your own towels for the beach or swimming. If you are bringing a car we can provide parking permits which cost just £2 per day.

Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist sehr zentral, 5 Minuten zum Strand bzw. Bahnhof, allerdings auch wirklich direkt an der Straße, das war der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ging über Mail perfekt, sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. (Nice, clean apartment The apartment is clean, well equipped, the location is very central, 5 minutes to the beach or train station, but really right on the street, that was the only downer. The communication with the agency was perfect via Mail, very friendly and reliable.)
We are enthusiastic. The stay with the family was very pleasant at the apartment which is centrally located in Eastbourne, very close to the train station, the bus stop and the shopping center, for us it was essential. The apartment is large and with all the comforts, clean and renovated. The agency very helpful on arrival. We very enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, central location. Apartment has everything you need for a great stay. Booked through Exclusively Eastbourne. 2 minute walk to theatres and seafront. 5 minutes walk to the town centre. Parking permits supplied by Ex.Ebrne. Lots of parking available nearby....but I did go at end of September. Apartment is modern and comfortable. I would definitely book to go there again.
We stayed at this beautiful apartment in August 2020 (Mum, Dad, 2 boys 10, 13). We thought it was perfectly positioned for local bars, shops and restaurants with easy access to the seafront and old town. The apartment itself was lovely and spacious and exceptionally clean with all the facilities you would need to self cater if required. Carl and Sarah were super hosts, responding quickly and informatively to booking requests and subsequent questions. A great place to stay.
Perfectly located. I stayed at The Beacon Loft with my best friend on 12th September for a week. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and spotless. Perfectly located in the middle of town, train station less than five minutes away, restaurants, coffee shops on the doorstep. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets were left in the kitchen there for us, no need to buy any. The living room was massive leading on to a lovely quaint little balcony. Two good size double bedrooms upstairs plus a twin bedroom. The bathroom was quite large, with a great invigorating shower. This property is the perfect base for anyone wanting to tour East Sussex.
We stayed at the Beacon Loft for one month, and we were very happy with the accommodations and location. The hosts were very responsive and flexible with our stay. I would stay there again.
My first thought was that the space is far bigger than it looks. Three large bedrooms on a separate floor, huge sitting room and six person dining table. The kitchen has everything. The place was clean and perfectly located to go to the seafront, local shops or anything else! Communication was immediate and responsive and I highly recommend this place (just not when I want to have it again)!

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season and bookings run from Friday to Friday, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season and last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
