This is an ideal location for anyone wanting easy access to attractions, with the beach, pier, theatres, bandstand and new Beacon shopping centre all within a few minutes stroll.  The train station is also just a hop, skip and jump away, so you can easily travel to Brighton or other must-see destinations.



Great apartment to stay in Eastbourne. This apartment is ideal for 3 adults and a child if required. Very well equipped. Ideal for train station and bus stops . Very private accommodation for 3 adults as we were with my sister in law who was in her own bedroom at other end of apartment with her own en suite. We were at opposite end of apartment with double bed and bathroom next door . We felt it was possibly one of the best apartments that suited us all for many years . Great tv very up market loads of channels. Netflix etc . Lounge was very comfortable as two double settees. Great showers and a bath was a bonus. Beds were very comfortable. Good kitchen equipment to cook with and wash clothes etc . Washing line outside to hang clothes . Great heating system and plenty of hot water almost instantly. Patio outside with seating area was very good . Great location for beach and shops / restaurants. Private parking for small car but parking permits supplied for £ 2.00 per day if required (g area on road outside but H for beach area ) we parked our car as small car at back of apartment and purchased H for beach which suited us . Would definitely recommend this apartment. Will hopefully return at some time .

The Small Print

Smoking is not permitted. Lead guest must be age 30+.

Adult neutered / spayed dogs are considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a supplement will apply. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne prior to booking to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the building.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, with bookings running from Sunday to Sunday, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.
