Flexible Eastbourne holiday home 

Sleeping up to four people, both bedrooms can be set up with super-king beds or as twin rooms, making the space ideal for families, friends, or guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements.  The bathroom includes a bath with an electric shower.

The light-filled living room offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a dining area, along with access to the private balcony — perfect for relaxing with a sea breeze.  The well-equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, grill, air fryer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and all essential cookware, along with a washer-dryer for added convenience.

Sea Downs is moments from Eastbourne’s theatres, including the Congress, Winter Gardens and Devonshire Park Theatre, the apartment is also close to the Towner Eastbourne contemporary art gallery, known for its inspiring exhibitions.

Step outside to the Western Lawns on the seafront, often alive with events, or stroll along the promenade towards the classic Victorian pier. Head in the other direction to Holywell for coffee and cake at the Tea Chalet, before exploring Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters within the South Downs National Park.

Central Eastbourne is just a few minutes walk away from this holiday home, with the Beacon Centre and its many shops, the multiscreen Cineworld, plus tempting restaurants and cafes.  However even closer, on Compton Street and just behind the Grand Hotel are some handy shops and a wine bar, plus some great eateries on nearby Carlisle Road, including fish & chips, a Thai restaurant and a fabulous ice cream parlour.

Eastbourne train station is about 10 minutes walk away, which has direct trains to Brighton, Gatwick Airport, Lewes and London – and there is a taxi rank right outside the station if you have luggage.

Witness the thrills of Eastbourne’s free international airshow, Airbourne, the excitement of the pre-Wimbledon tennis championships at Devonshire Park or the impressive athletes and scenery of the challenging Beachy Head Marathon.

WiFi is provided.  Bed linen and towels are included with your stay (please bring your own beach / swimming towels). Parking is on-street, with daily permits available for just £2.50 per car per day.

There are stairs up to the first floor (no lift), but the holiday flat is all on the same level once inside.

Minimum age of lead guest is 25+. This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted. No parties.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
