This prestigious holiday rental occupies a prime corner position providing generous outdoor space with a glorious terrace overlooking the inner marina and towards the lock.

The marina views over the water provide an ever-changing backdrop for a mesmerising experience, a million miles from everyday busy urban life, with fishing boats, charters, swanky yachts and cruisers passing by.

This holiday home has been renovated throughout so it feels bright and fresh, with stacks of natural light flooding from the sparkling marina through patio and balcony doors into the three separate floors.

Up to six guests can stay, in three bedrooms over the first and second floors.   On the top floor is the master bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, plus a double bedroom with harbour views.  The first floor has a further double bedroom and all are tastefully presented for a calming feel.  As well as the ensuite shower room, there is a family bathroom on the top floor with a bath and shower over, plus a downstairs toilet.

On the ground floor, the hallway leads through to a well-equipped open plan kitchen overlooking and with patio doors opening onto the garden terrace. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and all the utensils you’ll need for self catering accommodation. The kitchen leads back into a lovely dining area, where everyone can relax around a large table, take in the day’s adventures and plan the next day.

On the first floor, relax on the two sofas in the large living room or kick back on the balcony to gaze out over the water towards the sea. There is a Smart TV, but I challenge you not to be transfixed by the views.

Children of all ages are welcome, and small-to-medium size, adult, neutered dogs are considered – please contact us to discuss your pet before booking (£50 supplement applies per dog).

The Small Print

Smoking is not permitted, including on the terrace and balcony. No parties. Minimum age of lead guest is 25+

Dogs are considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a £50 supplement will apply per dog. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the house.

There is a week-long minimum stays in peak season, although short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
