If you’re looking for holiday lets Sussex, Marina Views is a beautifully presented 5-bedroom home and overlooks one of Sovereign Harbour’s inner quays.This family holiday home is close to the beach, plus the shops and restaurants of the bustling Waterfront area.

Set over three floors, this contemporary townhouse boasts a fantastic decked patio which directly overlooks the inner quay and you can also soak up the view from the first floor lounge balcony.

This modern holiday let is a great option for families or friends sharing, sleeping up to 10 guests (7 full size beds, 2 child size bunk beds and 1 futon bed). There is a kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower room, a single bedroom (with extra single futon bed) and a bunk room (suitable for children only) on the top floor. The middle floor has a kingsize room and the ground floor has a flexible room that can be setup as either a king or twin room with ensuite shower room – there is a further family bathroom on the top floor and downstairs cloakroom/WC.

We can currently only accept bookings for groups of up to six people from different households.  Larger numbers can be accepted if they are a single household, or household and support bubble.  

We are hoping that larger groups will be permitted in 2021, but will need to stay in line with government regulations.

The dining kitchen on the ground floor is well equipped for self catering holidays. It boasts an oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a large dining table. Patio doors lead to the terrace, complete with outdoor dining set for al fresco meals or just to enjoy a glass of wine while boat-watching.

The first floor lounge is spacious and tranquil, the double doors leading to the balcony capture and frame the stunning harbour views perfectly. The lounge has been decorated to give a lovely warm feel with two large sofas for you to sink back into and unwind. We know the kids don’t like to miss the latest shows and with this property they won’t have to, a large Smart TV means you can log into your Netflix, BBC iPlayer or any other online apps to never miss a thing! There are also Smart TVs in the top floor master bedroom and the ground floor bedroom so guests can watch different shows to suit different tastes. Just remember to bring your Netflix sign on details with you.

Sovereign Harbour holiday lets Sussex offering amazing harbour views

Sovereign Harbour’s Waterfront complex is literally a few minute’s walk away, with its many cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. A retail park set behind this has a giant Asda superstore, Boots pharmacy and various shops.

Eastbourne is just a short drive away, with a wider selection of restaurants and attractions, including four theatres and a contemporary art gallery. The brand new Beacon shopping centre has now opened with new stores and an 8 screen cinema. Alternatively, revel in history, with battle sites and castles within easy reach such as Pevensey Bay Castle and Battle Abbey.

Linen and towels are provided (bring your own beach / swimming towels), as with all our holiday lets in Sussex. WiFi is provided and there is one off-street parking space with the property and free additional road side parking.

Wonderful weekend in an excellent waterside home - brilliant. The home was perfectly situated for Eastbourne, Beachy Head and Seven Sisters walks and lovely coastal walks. The house was very clean, welcoming and a great place for a family gathering. Beautiful when the sun was out overlooking the marina. Everyone in our party of 6 said they would love to come back.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in this property. Pets are also not permitted.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Friday to Friday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £500 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on before you depart. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonably messy or dirty state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
