Imagine enjoying your breakfast on your private terrace, with the sun glistening off the boats, and the water just below you, for the perfect start to each day.
Water’s Edge is brand new to our portfolio and will prove extremely popular with families and friends in search of a relaxing holiday close to the beaches and historic sites in this precious part of East Sussex.
This Sovereign Harbour Airbnb has three double bedrooms, sleeping up to six people in comfort. Each of these has a spacious kingsize bed, and in one bedroom this bed can split into two single beds, which can work well with children or friends (or parents!) who would rather not share a bed.
This attractive townhouse has three floors (so there are some stairs to negotiate) which helps to create a real sense of space and relaxation.
Enter the house on the ground floor and saunter through to the dining kitchen, with its lovely views over the inner harbour. This room is perfectly equipped for self catering, with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a dining table in the kitchen to seat up to six people. From this dining kitchen you can walk out onto a balcony and down onto your private terrace, with outdoor furniture to allow you to sit and soak up the sunshine and views of the peaceful scene.
There is also a handy toilet on the ground floor.
Head upstairs and prepare yourself for the fabulous views from the lounge, with French doors opening on to another balcony. There is a comfortable and spacious L-shaped sofa and a further tub chair, plus Smart TV to catch up on all your favourite TV shows.
This first floor also has a separate study (making this holiday home a perfect choice if you need to squeeze in some Working From Home) plus one of the bedrooms (with a fixed kingsize bed).
Head up to the next/top floor to the sparkling family bathroom (which has a bath with shower over), a kingsize bedroom (with a flexible zip-and-link bed) and then the master ensuite kingsize bedroom with glorious views out over the marina, making this the perfect Airbnb Sovereign Harbour!
WiFi is provided, as is crisp, white linen and fluffy towels (bring your own beach towels) and there is parking for one vehicle on the driveway, plus additional roadside parking nearby.
Best of all worlds. Staying at the Waters edge property is a treat for anyone wanting a comfortable and relaxing holiday. It sits on the edge of one of the smaller marina's but is literally a stones throw away from the larger marina and all of the cafes, it is also close to the road that takes you into Eastbourne central. From top to bottom the property lacks nothing and even has a balcony and terrace to enjoy your morning coffee or evening tipple on. A 1st class holiday let that I am sure we will return to again. The Small Print
Minimum age of lead guest is 25+. This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted. No parties.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and shorter lets may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
