If only all our self catering apartments came with such breath-taking sea views. Holidays become therapeutic retreats, where stresses melt away simply by sitting on your private balcony and taking in the epic views over the outer harbour at Sovereign Harbour.
Watch the fishing boats, motor cruisers and swanky yachts head out from the lock to the sea as the sun comes up, sky pink. At low tide you’ll often sea seals basking on the mud flats directly in front and the picture is ever-changing as the tides change and the light shifts.
Brand new to us for autumn 2021, Seaviews Sovereign Harbour is likely to be become an instant favourite within our portfolio of deliciously tempting holiday properties.
Perfect for friends or couples, this adults-only, two-bedroom holiday apartment is in one of the finest locations in the marina, close to all the attractions of Sovereign Harbour and nearby Eastbourne.
The two double bedrooms offer attractive, liveable space for up to four people.
You can take in the views from the balcony, master bedroom and also the open-plan dining lounge which is bathed in natural light – this has two comfy sofas in front of the smart TV and DVD player, and there is also a dining table which seats up to four.
The master bedroom offers the same wonderful views over the harbour and out to sea, and comes with an ensuite shower room, a built in double wardrobe with interior chest of drawers, plus a door opening directly out to the balcony.
The second double is at the rear of the apartment and provides two double wardrobes (no need to skimp on your packing!) and another chest of drawers.
There is a separate family bathroom off the hallway which has ba bath and hand-held shower.
This sea views self catering apartment has a well equipped kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven (with a split grill and oven), washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, plus plenty of cutlery, pans and equipment.
The summer months offer obvious appeal, but this is a toasty warm property, with fully controllable heating and lashings of hot water, so make the most of quieter periods out of season – bring layers and you’ll enjoy the hour-long walk along the prom to Eastbourne (and maybe refuel with coffee and cake at the Beach Deck Cafe halfway along).

The Small Print
Pets are not permitted. Strictly no smoking, nor parties. Adults only property and lead guest minimum age 25+.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Friday to Friday in the busy holiday periods. There may be flexibility at short notice or at other times of the year. Short stays are also considered out of season if close in time to your proposed arrival.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
