This holiday accommodation in Sovereign Harbour makes a perfect base for couples, two friends or new parents looking for an escape from city life.
Set on the first floor, Beachside is a modern, but comfortable one-bedroom apartment in the prestigious North Harbour. The spacious, open-plan lounge-diner, which includes a sofabed and dining table for four, has delightful side views out across the beach.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a washing-dryer and dishwasher for your convenience, although you may choose to wash dishes by hand as you can gaze out to sea from the sink!

There is a super-kingsize bed (or two single beds if you prefer) giving you every opportunity to further relax after all the walks and fresh air you’ve inevitably enjoyed.
The bedroom provides sufficient space for a travel cot (which we are happy to provide free of charge, as well as baby bath and steriliser) and stacks of built-in wardrobe space so don’t hold back on packing.
The spotless, modern bathroom has a separate shower cubicle and an indulgent jacuzzi bath, and is bathed in natural light.
The cafes, restaurants and cinema in Sovereign Harbour are an easy five-minute stroll away, and should you fancy heading further afield the culture and shopping in Eastbourne is just an hour’s walk along the promenade or a quick 10 minute drive.
Historic sites such as Pevensey Castle and Battle (marking some of the most defining moments in English history) make for easily accessible and interesting visits, whilst Beachy Head and the South Downs National Park are must-sees in the opposite direction.
All linen and towels are provided, with additional linen supplied for stays of more than a week. Free Wifi is provided and there is also an allocated off-street parking space.

Very inviting accommodation.. A lovely clean and welcoming appartment, very homely. We loved the sea views from the kitchen and sitting room We also liked the complex we were on. We were very near the harbour and had all amenities in a stone throw. Lots of choice for eating places. We were also on a bus route... Would come back again...
Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, ruhig und hell. Die Übergabe verlief reibungslos und schnell. Hilfe beim Ausladen des Gepäckes wurde angeboten, da nur ein Treppenhaus und kein Lift vorhanden ist. In der Wohnung war alles, was man braucht vorhanden. Meeresblick war von der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer möglich. Kaffee, Tee, usw. waren in der Wohnung vorhanden und man hatte alles was man für's erste benötigt. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut; WIFI und reservierter Parkplatz sind vorhanden. Der Zugang ist Kennzahlen geschützt ebenso wie der Zugang zu den Müllbehältern. Die Passworter sind in der Dokumentation.
Highly Recommended. The apartment is ideal for a couple. The location is perfect, apartment is clean, fully fitted for a holiday, with quiet surroundings and lovely beach view.
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
