Marina Dreams is ideal for couples looking for an escape from the city and a relaxing break on the south coast, a couple of minutes walk from the beach and a five minute stroll around the marina edge to the cafes, restaurants and shops of The Waterfront.
Ideal for a romantic break, the double bedroom has lots of natural light courtesy of the floor-to-ceiling glass in the French doors which open out onto the balcony.
Who wouldn’t enjoy breakfast of croissant, juice and coffee outside at the table and chairs watching the boats bob by and sun sparkle on the water?
Set on the second floor of this prestigious complex in the north harbour, this modern holiday apartment is spotless, but inviting.
There is a light, airy feel thanks to the open-plan living space. The well equipped and immaculate kitchen has an island to cook and eat at, with a built-in hob and bar stools, plus there is a double oven, grill, fridge-freezer, microwave, slimline dishwasher, washer-dryer, toaster and kettle plus all the utensils you’ll need for self-catering.
There is a two-seater sofa looking out over the marina below. If you can tear your eyes away from the boats, there is a brand new, wall-mounted smart TV giving lots of viewing options (don’t forget your Netflix log in). There is also a DVD player and a WiiU console with a selection of games to keep you entertained and if you can’t agree what to watch, there is a second TV in the bedroom.
The sparking bathroom has a bath with an indulgent rainforest-style shower head over.
You can feel toasty warm year round with fully adjustable heating so how about hunkering down for an evening after energising walks along the beach?
What a lovely stay I had here. Everyone in the Exclusively team are so helpful and friendly, and will come back to your queries in minutes. The flat is lovely and clean on arrival, really well-equipped kitchen-wise, comfy bed and looks at the water in the Marina. I made the most of the beach walks/runs, the seafront is literally 90 seconds walk away. The Marina is incredibly pretty on sunny days with the boats and fisherman coming in. The neighbours are peaceful and the flats are well-insulated, you won’t be disturbed noise-wise. Thanks to Carl, Sarah, Beth and Floss (and others I’m sure!) for a lovely break - I hope to come back to Eastbourne in the future. March 2023Tom Yates UK

The Small Print
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted. No parties.
There is a week-long minimum stay, with Friday changeovers in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
