There is a stylish galley kitchen with all the practical elements for a self-catering holiday including fridge-freezer, oven and hob, toaster, and dishwasher – plus plenty of pots, pans, cafetiere and utensils. There is also a separate utility room which has a toilet and washing machine.

The two bedrooms sleep up to four people in comfort with views over the greenery of the rear gardens. One bedroom has a kingsize bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and also has an ensuite shower room.

Meads High Street is close by, with its independent shops, pub and cafes, whilst Eastbourne’s theatres, cafes, shops and restaurants, pier and bandstand are also just a stroll away.  You’ll struggle to find a better placed holiday apartment in Meads.

Beachy Head, the Seven Sister and South Downs National Park, with clifftop walks, fossil-hunting and kite-flying opportunities aplenty are less than a mile away and a must-visit for all fresh-air enthusiasts.

You could easily take a look at the delightful villages of East Dean and Friston, and Jevington and Folkington just inland.

All linen and towels are provided, with additional linen supplied for stays or more than a week. Free WiFi is available, plus there is ample free on-street car parking directly outside.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
