Darley Meads is a spacious, two bedroom raised ground floor holiday apartment in the sought-after Meads area of Eastbourne. It is just minutes from the beach, university and schools such as Bedes, St Andrews and Eastbourne College.
The holiday apartment is lovingly presented and set in a characterful, well-maintained building on a leafy street which is adjacent to the seafront. Meads village shops, cafes and pubs are just five minutes away, yet it is also just a 15 minute walk from central Eastbourne and the theatres.
Enjoy a calming atmosphere thanks to the high ceilings and the big bay windows in the living room, which has comfy sofas, a large TV and a dining table and chairs set to enjoy garden views.

The Small Print
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted within the apartment.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in the busy holiday periods, but there may be flexibility at short notice or at other times of the year. Short stays are also considered out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
