Eastbourne places to stay with sea views
This is one of the best Eastbourne places to stay if you like to be near to the action, yet like to soak up wonderful sea views.
Sea Dreams sits on the first floor of a period building set just back from the promenade. It is located in the sought-after Lower Meads village area, around 10 minutes walk from Eastbourne centre. It is handily placed for easy access to local language schools, nearby theatres, pier and train station.
The open-plan living space has windows facing the sea and there are doors out onto a small sea-facing balcony. A huge window in the kitchen provides arguably the finest views whilst washing up you are likely to encounter! The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and there is also a washer-dryer. There is even an Nespresso coffee machine so you can enjoy a good-quality cuppa on the balcony.
If you can tear yourself from the balcony views, there is a 49″ Smart TV with FreeSat (so comes with access to channels such as YouTube and iPlayer as well as traditional TV).
Waterview properties ideal for walking holidays
This holiday home has a master bedroom with a kingsize bed. The second bedroom has a single bed, plus an extra pull-out single that can be set up for families of four. Both bedrooms have picturesque inland views over Lower Meads and the distant South Downs.
The property has recently been renovated to provide two separate bathrooms, both newly decorated with plush modern fittings. One has a walk in shower, the other a bath and shower over. A separate utility cupboard off the hallway houses a washer dryer if needed on your Eastbourne holidays.
The short term rental is perfectly positioned for walking holidays. You can enjoy seafront walks, head up to the South Downs or explore villages like East Dean and Friston. If you’re a history buff, there are many options within a short drive, including the castle at Pevensey Bay
WiFi is provided, along with linen and regular towels (bring your own beach towels) as at all our Eastbourne places to stay. Parking is unrestricted on street. Bookings run from Sunday-to-Sunday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season.

Spotless, spacious and completely successful. A real find! Sea Dreams has wonderful views of the sea on one side and charming views of the town and the Downs on the other. Perfect location for exploring in any direction - toward the Eastbourne pier and Victorian seafront, toward Beachy Head and also an easy walk to Eastbourne shops and restaurants. The rooms are large and everything was spotless. The beds and all the furnishings are carefully chosen and very comfortable and inviting. Sea Dreams is set up to maximize the guest's enjoyment in every way. An excellent choice in every way!
Excellent experience in every way. Sea Dreams was perfect for our three week stay in Eastbourne. The location was central, the flat itself was well appointed and modern and clean with a delightful view of the beach. My daughter and I felt safe and happy to return there each day after our adventures. The crew at Exclusively Eastbourne couldn't have been more helpful and I would definitely return-in fact I think the plan for next year is already afoot :)

Large, bright and friendly furnished rooms. A top renovated old building apartment with parquet floor. We can only recommend this apartment. We felt very comfortable there together with our daughter.
Sensational place to stay! What a wonderful airy, spacious flat with everything we needed for a luxurious weekend away with our children aged 10 and 12. The decor of the flat was impeccable and with nice original touches in the art works on the walls. The king-sized bed was so comfortable with luxury sheets. The location of the flat was just perfect, for sitting on the balcony in the morning light enjoying watching the sun bounce off the waves, for taking our boys rock-pooling and on a vigorous walk to Beachy Head, and enjoying a lovely pub meal at The Ship. I sneaked off to visit the nearby art galleries while my family rested. The flat is amazingly well lit and flooded with natural light. This place immediately became a home from home, as it is such a relaxing space to be in. It would make the perfect bolthole for working on an online or artistic project, while looking at the waves.I would be very tempted to come back again to get away from it all.
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or on the balcony.
There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, with bookings running from Sunday-to-Sunday, although short stays and flexible arrival days may be possible last minute and out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
