It is located in a prime spot just back from the promenade in the sought-after Lower Meads area of Eastbourne, so is handily placed for easy access to local language schools, nearby theatres, pier and train station. The town centre is only about a 10 minute walk away.

Sea Dreams sits on the first floor of a period building and will be a popular choice for small families or perhaps friends looking for a good value seaside escape.

This seafront apartment in Eastbourne is traditionally styled, comfortable and practical.

The open-plan lounge-kitchen-diner has the windows facing the sea and there are doors out onto a small balcony overlooking the sea. There is a 49″ Smart TV with FreeSat (so comes with access to channels such as YouTube and iPlayer as well as traditional TV) and the kitchen, with a huge window, provides arguably the finest views whilst washing up you are ever likely to encounter!

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave and washing machine, and there’s a Nespresso coffee machine so you can enjoy a good-quality cuppa on the balcony.

It has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed, plus an extra pull-out single that can be set up for families of four.  Both bedrooms have picturesque inland views over Lower Meads and the distant South Downs.

The property has just undergone some renovations and there is now two separate bathrooms. There is a shower room as well as a family bathroom both newly decorated with plush modern fittings.

WiFi is provided, along with all towels and linen.  Parking is unrestricted on street.  Bookings run from Sunday-to-Sunday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

The holiday accommodation is perfectly positioned for seafront walks, shopping in central Eastbourne and heading up to the South Downs National Park to take in East Dean and Friston, or head east to Pevensey Bay for the historic castle and big skies.

Spotless, spacious and completely successful. A real find! Sea Dreams has wonderful views of the sea on one side and charming views of the town and the Downs on the other. Perfect location for exploring in any direction - toward the Eastbourne pier and Victorian seafront, toward Beachy Head and also an easy walk to Eastbourne shops and restaurants. The rooms are large and everything was spotless. The beds and all the furnishings are carefully chosen and very comfortable and inviting. Sea Dreams is set up to maximize the guest's enjoyment in every way. An excellent choice in every way!

This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or on the balcony.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, with bookings running from Sunday-to-Sunday, although short stays and flexible arrival days may be possible last minute and out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
