Newly refurbished, Littledale Haven provides delightful holiday accommodation Eastbourne, set within an imposing Victorian mansion house in the sought after Lower Meads village area.
Meads Village with its well-heeled shops, pubs and amenities is close by, and the beach, theatres and wider attractions of Eastbourne are just a short walk away. It is a fantastic choice for those visiting the schools of St Andrews, St Bedes, Moira House and Eastbourne College or indeed anyone who enjoys access to wonderful scenery in the UK’s sunniest spot!
Central Eastbourne is just a 10 minute stroll away, with four theatres and the award-winning Towner contemporary art centre, providing a vibrant cultural backdrop. The beach and promenade are also very close by making this a wonderful holiday home in Eastbourne for families and friends.

The two bedroom, two bathroom, lower ground floor holiday flat has its own private entrance, accessed through the communal garden, giving you complete independence and privacy.
There is a spacious lounge with dining area, overlooking the gardens and comfortably furnished. Two double sofas provide relaxation in front of the TV and DVD, and the dining table can seat up to six. A selection of games, books and DVDs are available – the perfect family hangout.
The separate, contemporary kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, washer dryer and a multitude of utensils, crockery and cutlery. There’s even a great selection of cookery books if you fancy whipping up something special.
There is a double bedroom, with space for a cot (we can provide) and an ensuite shower room, complete with a private sauna. The second bedroom is set up as a twin, with a pull-out bed available to convert this to a triple for families of five. This holiday apartment also has a family bathroom with a bath and shower over.
This short term rental is centrally heated and linen and regular towels are provided (bring your own beach towels). A second set provided for bookings of two weeks or more, as with all our holiday accommodation Eastbourne, and enough tea and coffee for a welcome drink on arrival. There is a private, off-road parking space and further on-street parking in Blackwater Road which is free of charge. Bookings are in week long blocks from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival dates and short stays may be possible last minute or out of season.

We stayed for a few nights, everything that you could need was in the kitchen! Parking space, quiet location, comfortable apartment. Lots of games for rainy days, lots of room to lounge in. Helpful staff.
Nice location for walks and town centre. Littledale Haven's location is excellent for walks (Seven Sisters etc), town centre and Meads village. We spent a week there and enjoyed our time. Sauna was a pleasant surprise for a Finn - though I would add an extra layer or two of stones on the stove.
Schöne Möglichkeit Eastbourne zu genießen. Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen!!! Die Fewo liegt sehr zentral (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/ Städtchen und Promenade), alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet u. es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Etwas befremdlich war, dass man nur wenige Fenster öffnen konnte! Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!!! Translation: Nice way to enjoy Eastbourne. We were welcomed by the landlord very friendly! The apartment is very centrally located (shopping / town and promenade), everything within walking distance. The apartment is nicely furnished u. everything is there, what you need.
Tolle Wohnung an ruhiger Lage. Eine schöne und kofortable Wohnung in einem ruhigen und dennoch zentralen Teil von Eastbourne. Bestens ausgestattet! Einzig die Matratzen waren uns viel zu weich und daher unbequem. Sarah und Carl sind sofort zu Stelle, wenn mal was ist! Sehr gute,freundliche Kommunikation und erst noch schnelle Reaktionen auf Fragen. Translation: Great apartment in a quiet location. A beautiful and affordable apartment in a quiet yet central part of Eastbourne. Well equipped! Sarah and Carl are on the spot when something is wrong! Very good, friendly communication and still quick reactions to questions.
Good heating,comfortable living accommodation very comfortable bed. Slight problem with the shower but this was sorted out immediately by the agent. Good location for local shops and main town. Weather during our visit was wet but plenty of things to do in Eastbourne. Car parking was a bonus as street parking was difficult. Flat would be a good location for Eastbourne Tennis.

This is an outstanding place we immediately felt very at home in. It really has everything you could possibly need when away from home and for us the location was ideal. Very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated - loved it. The sauna is an added benefit which really differentiates this property and is certainly lovely to relax in when coming back from days out.”
A great place to enjoy the south of England. A very well equipped flat for a family stay in Eastbourne. Very clean with comfortable sofas to relax on in the evening and a nice kitchen. Easy access and good parking. The managers have been very good at accommodating our additional request related to an unexpected need to change the booking.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
