The seafront, promenade and beach are less than a 10 minute walk away, as the house is located in the highly sought-after area of Lower Meads. Eastbourne town centre is no more than 15 minutes walk away.
Take in a performance at The Congress Theatre (with lots of big names and shows from London’s West End), a play at the intimate and charming Devonshire Park Theatre or how about getting tickets for the 2022 Viking International Eastbourne, which is played at the Devonshire Park Tennis Centre?
There are large (modern, double-glazed) windows throughout so there is lots of natural light which makes for a more relaxing, not to forget toasty-warm holiday home – and the central heating is fully controllable so this Sussex holiday let is an ideal base for seaside breaks year-round.
The lounge has two sofas and three comfy chairs around a large Smart TV – and there are patio doors leading out onto your private gravel terrace with outdoor furniture.
The kitchen diner is modern and bright, with a dining table for six people and comes well quipped for self catering with cooker with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with cold water dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer. Naturally, it is well supplied with pots, pans and equipment for a large family or a group of friends.
Also downstairs there is a cloakroom and a very handy study with lovely views over Eastbourne for those who may need to work from home, or at least keep work emails under control. You’ll appreciate the free WiFi on offer as well.

The Small Print
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted. No parties. Minimum age of lead guest is 25+
There is a week-long minimum stay, with Saturday changeovers in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
