Hot off the press!! Available from December 2021, Ravelston Grange offers prime Eastbourne self catering accommodation for up to four people in a brand new development in leafy (and rather genteel) Meads Village.
With easy access to the exhilarating and uplifting South Downs (Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters clifftops are very walkable), the refreshing beaches at Holywell and all the action in the centre of Eastbourne (think culture at the theatres and Towner Gallary, cinemas and more cafes and restaurants than you can wave a menu at), you couldn’t pick a finer location.
This holiday apartment sits on the ground floor of a handsome building, boasting a private and easily accessible entrance.
Finished and furnished to a high standard and spotless throughout, you’ll enjoy two double bedrooms and a light, open-plan feel to the garden flat.
The master bedroom has a super-kingsize bed and comes with an immaculate ensuite with double-width shower. The second bedroom also has a super-kingsize bed which splits into two full-size singles if you prefer.
This two-bedroom holiday apartment for four offers a modern and stylish base for couples, friends and small families looking for an escape to the coast.
There is the treat of a small, private garden for outdoor space leading from the patio doors of this Eastbourne self catering accommodation.

The Small Print
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in the busy holiday periods, but there may be flexibility at short notice or at other times of the year. Short stays are also considered out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
