The inviting double bedroom has been carefully styled to create a restful retreat. The Sussex self catering flat has an oven, hob, fridge (with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the utensils you’ll need.  Coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, plus there is a washing machine if you need to do any laundry.

Dog considered

If the thought of leaving your four-legged friend behind makes you feel sad, then get in touch to discuss your dog – they can be treated to a holiday too!  The owner will permit a small-to-medium size, adult, neutered dog to stay if well behaved and kept off furniture.  Please get in touch – supplement applies.

Cyclists welcome

There is a good-sized porch entryway to the apartment where you can store a couple of bicycles, so this is a great property if you’re exploring the area on two wheels.  Please do not bring cycles further into the apartment.

Smoking is not permitted either inside or outside and this property is only suitable for non-smokers. Minimum age of lead guest is 25+. Adults only. No parties.

A dog is considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a supplement will apply. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the apartment.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, although shorter stays may be possible out of season.
