Part of a small collection of exclusive, tranquil apartments in central Eastbourne, this Eastbourne self catering accommodation has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a delightful contemporary design.  Children age 10 and upwards are welcome – younger ages are not permitted as this is a quiet residential block.  It is a tranquil oasis perfect for adults wanting some peace.





Exceptional apartment. Stayed for 9 days in this very well appointed apartment, very clean and spacious. Lift to the front door is extremely handy if you have been out all day sightseeing. Every appliance you need to have a comfortable stay was there. 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Close to the beach and 5 min walk to the shops and theatres, ideally situated for the non driver. The Small Print

Smoking is not permitted in this property. No pets allowed. Children welcome if age 10 or over as this is a quiet residential block.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Sunday to Sunday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
