If you’re looking for holiday lets Sussex, Marina Views is a beautifully presented five-bedroom home overlooking one of Sovereign Harbour’s inner quays.
This family holiday home is close to the beach, plus the shops and restaurants of the bustling Waterfront area.
Set over three floors, this contemporary townhouse boasts a fantastic decked patio which directly overlooks the inner quay and you can also soak up the view from the first floor lounge balcony.
This modern holiday let is a great option for families or friends sharing, sleeping up to 10 guests (7 adult size beds, 2 child size bunk beds and 1 futon bed). There is a kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower room, a single bedroom (with extra single futon bed) and a bunk room (suitable for children only) on the top floor. The middle floor has a kingsize room and the ground floor has a flexible room that can be setup as either a super king or twin room with ensuite shower room – there is a further family bathroom on the top floor and downstairs cloakroom/WC.
The dining kitchen on the ground floor is well equipped for self catering holidays. It boasts an oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a large dining table. Patio doors lead to the terrace, complete with outdoor dining set for al fresco meals or just to enjoy a glass of wine while boat-watching.

The Small Print
Smoking or vaping is not permitted in this property. There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Friday to Friday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
One adult, spayed/neutered, small-medium sized dog will be considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a £50 supplement will apply. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the property.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £500 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
