Think floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors across the whole of the beach-side building, with three floors and panoramic vistas as you head through the heart of the holiday home.
An upmarket, modern beach house, it is the perfect spot to potter out for a dip at first light with the beach literally outside your terrace. It really is worth setting your alarm for as the early light is truly wonderous with the sun rising before you.
This recently built, architect-designed beach retreat is a perfect base for a family or friends looking for an escape from city life.
This light-filled oasis has four bedrooms sleeping up to eight people in style and space across three floors.
Naturally it’s a summer delight, with cooling breezes drifting straight in from the sea, but the underfloor heating and fabulous insulation ensures it’s a treat year-round, enabling you to enjoy the ever-changing light and views irrespective of the season – indeed, winter is prime time to wonder at the storms out at sea, skidding clouds and crashing waves on the beach just beyond your terrace.
Walking into the house, you will be inevitably drawn towards the views of the beach and sea. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows across the width of the house you have the most breathtaking views of the south coast.
Located close to Sovereign Harbour, so you are beachfront, but with the cafes, restaurants and shops just a leisurely stroll away.
Eastbourne is just an hour’s walk along the promenade or a quick 10 minute drive. There are many historical sites close by, including Pevensey and Bodium Castles. The village of Battle, hugely significant in English history and the Norman invasion back in 1066, is around 20 minutes away (take a tour around the battlefield!).

The Small Print
Minimum age of lead guest is 30+. Smoking is not permitted. This property does not permit parties or single sex groups. Noise must be kept low as this is a quiet residential area and please respect a strict 11pm curfew when using the outside space.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season. Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £500 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £400 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
Dogs are considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a supplement will apply. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the house.
