Luxury beach house to escape and unwind

Stunning, but comfortable and practical, the beach house provides the perfect base for extended families with four bedrooms to sleep up to eight and with three bathrooms to ensure space when you need it.

On the entry level you’ll find a handy utility room, complete with washing machine, tumble dryer and a sink. There is also a toilet on this level.

Go up a half flight of stairs to the grand, beach-facing kitchen diner, with sliding glass doors across the entire width of the building tempting you out onto your private, enclosed terrace.  Here, you can relax on the outdoor sofa or chairs whilst listening to the waves, catching sight of the birds overhead or taking in the the colours of the wild flowers running across the shingle beach just outside.

There is a BBQ on hand if you want to cook al fresco, or stay inside to enjoy the sleek, modern setting with all the facilities you’ll need to fully self cater.

You can catch up around the kitchen island, or park yourself at the stylish kitchen table (which seats eight), or on the sofa. There is a fridge-freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, double oven (which is also a microwave) and hob, plus Tassimo coffee machine as well as the usual kettle and toaster.

Head up a half-flight to two bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed, with a desk handy for home-working and with access to a large terrace which captures the sun in the afternoon and evening. The second bedroom on this level has a double bed. Both bedrooms have sleek built-in wardrobes for excellent storage and this level has a spacious bathroom with a large, walk-in shower that they share.

Head up a half-flight again and the lounge opens up before you.  Again, you have the most wonderful light courtesy of the huge sliding glass windows, and this time they open onto your balcony, complete with glass balustrade for optimum views! We challenge you to divert your attention away from the sea, but should you head inside you have comfortable seating galore with sofas and chair, plus another table for informal dining whilst gazing out to sea.

There is a large wall-mounted Smart TV for electronic entertainment.

A further half-flight of stairs leads to a large ensuite bedroom (with a large walk-in shower) with a super kingsize bed and more sleek built-in wardrobes for stacks of storage. There are double sliding doors opening onto a private balcony; a lovely spot for the afternoon and evening sun.

On the top floor (up a final half-flight) is the stunning master bedroom, from where you may decide to drop anchor and remain for the rest of your holiday. The views really are something else – they’re onto something with this floor-to-ceiling glass and are certainly making the very most out of the beachfront location 🙂

You’ll have your own large balcony running the width of the building and since you’re on the top floor you have the best views! You’ll also have a kingsize bed and plenty of storage with drawers and stylish hanging space.

Step into the ensuite bathroom and your dilemma is whether to skip into the modern walk-in shower or immerse yourself in the gloriously deep bath overlooking the beach and sea. Don’t worry if exhibitionism isn’t your bag as there are nifty blinds to employ if preferred.

There is also additional space for babies; please ask if you need a travel cot to ease your packing. There is ample parking for up to two cars on the driveway plus extra spaces on the road outside.

WiFi is provided for free, as are fresh, fluffy towels and crisp, white linen, with everything prepared for your arrival. You’ll find a spare set of towels and linen for stays of at least two weeks.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
