Take a seat on the south-facing balcony for beguiling views out over the sea and outer harbour, with boats passing and seals frollicking, with the ebb and flow of the tide providing a comforting backdrop for a sunny, seaside holiday on the south coast of England.

Harbour Hideaway is a modern but comfortable third-floor holiday apartment, perfect for families and friends, with two bedrooms to sleep up to four people in comfort.

The light living room has a comfortable sofa, a smart TV providing access to streaming channels (subscription needed) and freeview channels and opens up onto the balcony. The table and chairs seats up to four guests.

The master bedroom also has access to the balcony and has a superkingside bed with can be split into two separate beds and comes with a modern ensuite shower room and built in storage. The second bedroom also has built in storage and can also be set up as either a superking or two singles providing flexible accommodation and keeping everyone happy 🙂

There is a separate immaculate family shower room.

The modern kitchen is well appointed with all the facilities and equipment you’ll need for self catering holiday accommodation – double oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, air fryer and Nespresso coffee machine

There is secure underground parking for one car and further visitor spaces plus a lift for ease of access. The secure entryphone system provide further peace of mind.

Linen and regular towels are provided (bring your beach towels), with additional linen supplied for stays of two weeks or more, perfect for a harbour view holiday home. Free fast fibre WiFi is also provided so you have every opportunity to WFH or even become that digital nomad you have long dreamt about 🙂

Minimum age of lead guest is 25+. This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted. No parties.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time.

Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required. The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence.
