It is also just a short stroll from the train station, theatres and seafront.
Surrounded by town houses in pastel shades, stepping into the apartment reveals the fresh face of Eastbourne; immaculate and creatively styled, yet comfortable and providing practical living space.
This one-bedroom self catering accommodation in Eastbourne has its own private entrance, for independence and privacy despite the central location, and offers the rare treat of a private courtyard at the rear, for star-gazing or a crafty vape.
Chill out time. Urban Chic is very central and there is no need for a car. It is handy for a variety of very good restaurants. Local public transport (rail and bus) is excellent. The flat is small and cosy but more than adequate for 2 people. I have stayed at Exclusively Eastbourne properties in the past and have always received excellent service from the company, and my stay at Urban Chic lived up to expectations in every way. I will certainly be booking with Exclusively Eastbourne again, probably next year.Margaret C null

The Small Print
This property does not accept pets. Children age 8 and over, or babies in cots are welcome. Smoking is not permitted within the apartment.
There is a week-long minimum stay, although shorter stays be possible at the last minute or when gaps between bookings dictate.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
