Stone’s Throw is a bright, vibrant and spacious apartment, situated literally over the road from the seafront in the sought-after Lower Meads district of Eastbourne and one of our longer stay short term rentals – available for a minimum of three months only.
This two-bedroom property has been completely renovated to offer modern, practical and comfortable living for those who are perhaps looking to move to Eastbourne for the first time, perhaps between properties, have the builders in or are on a work contract locally.
Set on the Eastbourne seafront and just below the foot of the South Downs, the short term rental is an easy walk along the promenade to Eastbourne pier and bandstand
These short term rentals are literally a ‘stone’s throw’ from the nearest beach – just step out your door and you’ll be able to smell the coastal breeze.
Eastbourne promenade stretches for six miles offering many places to explore, including Eastbourne’s historic pier (built back in 1870), The Bandstand where live musicians play on many a summers evening, The Redoubt Fortress which was originally built to defend against Napoleon in 1805, and our favourite has to be… Favoloso ice-cream parlour, this is the place to go for the best sundaes in town.
You are also just a five minute stroll into central Eastbourne where you will find the brand new Beacon shopping centre, some delightful cafes and the most mouth-watering restaurants with choice from a wide variety of cuisines.

The Small Print
Minimum three month bookings. This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in any of the communal gardens or areas.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £800 security deposit (may be higher for bookings of longer than three months). To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
