Lovely and light, plus an immaculate, but comfortable presentation will help you feel instantly relaxed. If you need further encouragement to take it easy, afternoon sunshine on the terrace will beckon you to the comfy outside table and chairs, perhaps to plan your adventures around Eastbourne.
You can amble for afternoon tea at The Grand Hotel or stroll along the promenade in just a few minutes. Or why not take in a show at The Congress, Winter Gardens or Devonshire Theatre – each less than 10 minutes away, so you couldn’t find a better location.
This Eastbourne holiday cottage is also handy for St Andrews and Bedes schools, Eastbourne College and the Brighton University campus and for walks up into pretty Meads Village.

Welcome Spring break in Eastbourne! The property had everything we wanted and we particularly appreciated the large vase of daffodils and the welcome goodies of crisps, half a bottle of fizz, milk & cake! Short walk to the nearest bus stop in Grange Road and also seafront, shops, theatre and the pub! Undercroft parking another bonus. Excellent service by Exclusively Eastbourne! Left on Mar 13, 2024 for a stay in Mar 2024

The Small Print
Smoking is not permitted in this property and children must be over 12 years of age. No pets permitted.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
