Jevington Gardens is set on the Lower Meads / west-town-centre border so it enjoys a quieter feel, with wide streets and a sense of architectural grandeur from the Victorian buildings.

It is set on the hall floor of a period building which has been completely refurbished throughout. If you are looking for stylish holiday lettings, this is a great choice – think space, light, well-equipped and elegantly furnished.  Thick carpets call out for bare feet and the high ceilings and large windows enhance the feeling of space.

With a ramped access and no tricky steps to negotiate, this holiday flat is a good option for those requiring accessible accommodation in Eastbourne.   The entrance area leads into an open plan living space which is comfortable, practical and has delightful views over gardens. There is a three-seat sofa, armchair, Smart TV (subscription to apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime apply), plus dining table to seat up to four.  We think you’ll love the mustard Eames-style chairs!

The kitchen area off the living space is small but well equipped, with oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and plenty of utensils. The washing machine is in a separate utility cupboard, with ironing board and iron.

With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this is ideal holiday accommodation for families and friends, sleeping for up to four people.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, a triple wardrobe, a couple of easy chairs, bedside tables, plus an ensuite shower room.   The second bedroom is a double with garden views, and has a double wardrobe.  There is a separate family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

Speedy WiFi is provided free of charge, plus crisp white linen and fluffy towels.

You’ll even find enough tea, coffee and milk for a welcome drink and look out for the free Digestives 🙂

Parking is free on-street, although being located in such a central location means that a car isn’t essential.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
