With two double bedrooms Beach Cottage make a perfect base for holiday accommodation for up to four people, so ideal for families and friends looking for a coastal break.

The beach cottage is light throughout courtesy of huge windows overlooking the garden and the French doors which open onto the terrace.

The open-plan interior is fresh yet relaxed, with two comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace and TV, but you won’t be able to resist the constant draw of the sea and beach views. The dining benches are tactically placed next to the windows for optimal views or head to the separate sofa directly in front of the patio. Holidays don’t come better than this!

The separate kitchen is ideal for self catering holiday accommodation, with oven, hob, washing machine, separate tumble dryer, dishwasher, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, cafetiere and all the pots and pans you’ll need.

There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over and toiletries are provided, as are fresh, fluffy towels and crisp white linen for the beds.  A locked passageway to the side of the property is ideal for storing bikes or watersports gear for those feeling active.

The cottage makes for a perfect holiday rental in summer, but the fully controllable gas central heating here also makes the house a perfect base for holidays throughout the year – imagine huge skies, an open beach and invigorating strolls.

Minimum age of lead guest is 25+. Smoking is not permitted. No parties. No pets.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
