The apartment is located on a sloping road, close to the South Downs National Park. The hillside elevation combined with the clever design within this period building gifts the apartment with amazing natural light, wonderful high ceilings and a large private veranda with far reaching views towards the sea. The outdoor space doesn’t end there, with this apartment also boasting a large private garden which is perfect for entertaining the children or as a quiet relaxation spot.
There is outside dining furniture on the veranda that comfortably seats four as well as a BBQ to assist with some al fresco dining – the memories of everyone sat around the table on those summer evenings, enjoying a glass of wine and discussing the day, will be memories to cherish for a lifetime.
Eastbourne is a beautiful seaside town with a stretching coastline that runs for miles, the beaches run from the foot of the South Downs (where you are located) down in to central Eastbourne and beyond. A stroll along the promenade will take you past the Wish Tower, The Band Stand and the historical pier built back in 1872.
South coast holidays perfect for families and friends
As you step down into the apartment you instantly feel how spacious it is with a large entrance hall that is flooded with light. Directly in front of you will be the living room that has been furnished with a large three-seater sofa and three cosy arm chairs. There is plenty of space to enjoy a night in playing games or taking advantage of the Smart TV, where you can access Netflix, BBC iPlayer and other internet services (an account is required).
If the kitchen is your favourite part of a house then you won’t be disappointed here, the fantastic wall units are traditional in style and centre around a large range cooker with double ovens and a four point gas stove. The kitchen leads out onto the terrace with views of the hillside and also includes a dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine and milk frother (don’t forget to bring your Lavazza pods), fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and all the cooking utensils you will need for a self catering break.
The property sleeps four guests in total across three bedrooms and a well behaved adult spayed/neutered dog will be considered (supplement applies). The master bedroom accommodates two in a kingsize bed and a further guest in a full size single room adjoining the master bedroom. There is a further single room with a full size single bed and a large chest of drawers to store your clothes.
There is a bathroom with a basin, toilet and a bath with shower over, there is also an additional separate cloakroom. Off the hallway you will also find a utility cupboard with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer, so don’t be afraid to pack light.
With the beautiful surroundings and great location you won’t find the need for a car during your stay, however if that is your choice of transport then this quiet road offers free roadside parking.
All linen and towels are provided (but please bring your own beach / swimming towels) and for stays longer than a week additional linen will be supplied, free WiFi is also included with this apartment.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Sunday to Sunday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short breaks may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit. The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
Dogs are considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a supplement will apply. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the property.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent. Strictly no smoking throughout the property.
