It’s a mesmerising sight, watching the fishing boats head along the beach with their following gulls, while listening to the lapping waves.
You’ll find it difficult to stray too far from the views, but fear not as you can simply sink into the sumptuous sofa by the French doors and watch the large multi-channel TV. Or simply gaze out to sea. You’ll understand when you’re here….
Immaculate and newly furnished to a high standard throughout, this holiday apartment by the beach sleeps four so is ideal for families or friends in need of an escape from city life.
There is a large double bedroom with those all-important sea views, and this has stacks of storage space behind the floor-to-ceiling mirrors, so no need to hold back on the packing. The spotless ensuite bathroom to this master bedroom has a walk-in shower.
The second spacious bedroom has a kingsize bed which is capable of splitting into twin beds (if separate beds are preferred) and again provides large built-in wardrobes for a clutter-free and spacious feel.
The sense of tranquility and space is enhanced by the open plan nature of the lounge-diner-kitchen. Estate agents would perhaps call it dual-aspect, with light cascading through the entire room.
The dining table comfortably seats four and being close to the kitchen, creates a sociable atmosphere as you prepare meals together, plan the days adventures or perhaps re-live the action you’ve enjoyed.

The fine views are helped by the third-floor setting, but there is a lift available to save your legs (which will probably have enjoyed a good work-out due to the inevitable invigorating runs or walks along the beach and promenade).
The cafes, restaurants and cinema in Sovereign Harbour are an easy stroll away, and should you fancy heading further afield the culture and shopping in Eastbourne is just an hour’s walk along the promenade or a quick 10 minute drive.
Many historic sites are within easy reach such as Pevensey Castle and Battle (marking some of the most defining moments in English history), whilst Beachy Head and the South Downs National Park are must-sees in the opposite direction.
All linen and towels are provided, with additional linen supplied for stays of more than a week. Free WiFi is provided and there is also an allocated covered garage space in the gated car park.

Excellent accomodation -everything you could want and views to die for! I took my 96 year old Mother for the week, it was so good we extended our stay by a further 2 days. My mother loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by and the waves rolling in. It was well equipped and maintained. The only comment I would suggest is for a hand rail in the walk in shower and a small shelf for your soap, shampoo etc. We will definitely be returning again now we have found this ideal spot as we come to Eastbourne quite a lot.
First Class. This apartment is first class - lots of thought gone into setting it up for maximum comfort and enjoyment right down to the quality of the furnishings and cutlery, plus the views from the balcony speak for themselves all five star.
Fantastisches Apartment. Gut ausgestattetes, sauberes Apartment mit fantastischem Meerblick. Wir (4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Ebenso war die Betreuung durch 'Exclusively Eastbourne' sehr gut. English translation: Fantastic apartment. Well equipped, clean apartment with fantastic sea view. We (4 adults and a toddler) felt very comfortable here. Exclusively Eastbourne was also very good.
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
