The prestigious harbourside apartment is in a prime spot close to the beach and The Waterfront complex of cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as the retail park with cinema, superstore and a wide range of branded outlets.
The lounge-diner-kitchen has a spacious, open-plan layout, with views through the French doors which lead out to the terrace to the water and the interesting mix of boats.
The kitchen is modern, spotless and well equipped, with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave, plus all the utensils you’ll need.
The dining table comfortably seats four.
Both bedrooms offer excellent space with good quality furnishing (including heavy curtains to help block out light). The master has a kingsize bed plus an ensuite shower-room whilst the second bedroom has two single beds.
The immaculate family bathroom has a bath with shower over for flexibility and choice.
Harbourside apartment in a prestigious gated development
Guests will appreciate the high quality accommodation and can feel comfortable on the gated development which also provides allocated and secure parking in the underground garage, with additional visitors spaces on the private road.
Eastbourne is just an hour’s walk along the promenade or a quick 10 minute drive or direct buses are also available into town and beyond.
We can recommend the numerous historic sites nearby such as Pevensey Castle and Battle (the scene of the Battle of Hastings in 1066), whilst Beachy Head and the South Downs National Park should find their way onto any holiday activity plan.
All linen and towels are provided, with additional linen supplied for stays of more than a week. Free WiFi is also provided.

Very good accommodation.
Comfortable accommodation close to harbour restaurants, nice view. The apartment was very well appointed, clean, comfortable and spacious with excellent terrace. Good view of the marina, easy to walk to harbour central area and a short drive from most of the main amenities. We enjoyed our second stay here very much and hope to return. Good welcome on arrival and we were given full information about the facilities.
Well equipped, clean. As in photos! Apartment was very clean, well equipped, very short pleasant walk to restaurants and bars. Big balcony, lovely for breakfast Parking in the garage is a bit tight and limited for second car. Definitely recommend.
Very comfortable, well equipped. Lovely quiet apartment & well furnished, within a nice setting, no need to use a car as shopping at Asda & walking all on the doorstep, really liked walking along the promenade to Eastbourne. I don’t think the underground garage is suitable for a large car, but this didn’t prove to be a problem as we parked outside. Apartment is a credit to the owners.
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted within the apartment.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday, with availability from Easter through to October half term holiday.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
