It is positioned on the first floor of an award-winning gated development of harbourside apartments, with two bedrooms, a handy study, underground parking and a lift providing easy access should you not fancy the stairs.
The prestigious development is in a prime spot close to the beach and The Waterfront complex of cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as the retail park with superstore and a wide range of branded outlets.
Eastbourne is just an hour’s walk along the promenade, a quick 10 minute drive or direct buses are also available into town and beyond. We can recommend the numerous historic sites nearby such as Pevensey Castle and Battle (the scene of the Battle of Hastings in 1066), whilst Beachy Head and the South Downs National Park should find their way onto any holiday activity plan.
Lovely apartment with super views. This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Sovereign Harbour in the last two months and love the area. Stayed in Sea Salt apartment which was home from home it had everything you could ask for. Would definitely stay again. Booked through Exclusively Eastbourne who were very helpful and efficient. The area has the sea on one side and the harbour with its boats and yachts on the other so plenty going on. There are several really good restaurants and places for just coffee called The Waterfront which is just a short walk away. The Small Print
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted within the apartment.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday, with availability from Easter through to October half term holiday.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
