Ideal accommodation for friends or couples sharing, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed, with a double bed in the second; with high ceilings and well proportioned rooms providing a sense of space.
The kitchen is well equipped and stylishly finished, providing a further incentive for home dining and lock-in, complete with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a handy utility cupboard hiding a washing machine and microwave if required.

If you can prise yourself away from the apartment and private gardens, the tasty deli, vibrant pub and cafes await in Meads Village, whilst the views over Holywell are just minutes away, luring you into the waters below for a refreshing sea dip or a wander along the beach huts and prom.
Eastbourne town centre is very walkable – around 20 minutes, either with a scenic walk along the seafront or a more direct inland stroll. Beachy Head is barely a mile away for those fancying a robust stroll, a lungful of fresh air and captivating vistas towards the Seven Sisters, Birling Gap and the South Downs National Park.
A cleaning service is provided for stays or more than a week, and free WiFi is available. All linen and towels are provided, together with enough milk, tea and coffee for a welcome drink.
The cream carpets and decadent feel make this a perfect base for adults, so the apartment is not suitable for young children with sticky fingers and lollipops. Well behaved children aged 8 and over are welcomed – I’m sure you understand…

A clean, tidy and stylish space. Carl and Sarah were always super responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. Couldn't beat the location: close to the beach and the South Downs!
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and shorter stays may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
