Set in the sought-after lower Meads area of Eastbourne, is it also ideal for anyone visiting the private schools of St Bedes or St Andrews, or simply wanting easy access to the walking delights of the South Downs. The beach is a stone’s throw away and you’ve oodles of restaurants and a fabulous ice cream parlour within a five minute walk.

Inside this first floor apartment, there are views from the lounge across the promenade to the sea beckoning beyond. The spacious living space has a large leather sofa and armchair to relax in front of the wall-mounted TV, a dining table for four, plus a handy study alcove where you can catch up on your emails.
The separate kitchen is compact, yet well equipped, and includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer – plus plenty of pots, pans and utensils for a self catering holiday. The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed, dressing table and built in wardrobe. The second bedroom is a cosy double and the bathroom has a bath with shower over.
WiFi is provided plus towels and linen (however pack your own beach towels). There is lift access, so this holiday apartment could suit those with mobility restrictions (although the doorway and interior corridor aren’t suitable for wheelchair access). Sunday changeover in peak weeks although flexible arrival days and short stays may be available outside of school holidays or last minute.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Sunday to Sunday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
