With its many delicious restaurants and cafes set upon the banks of the marina, you can sip on a hot coffee or indulge yourself in fine foods and wine as you watch the boats sail by. As well as eateries there is a Cinema, Chemist, Asda, a gym and a handful or retail clothing shops.

Perfect family rental or ideal for friends in need of an escape. There is a master king room and a twin room, two bathrooms and a large south facing balcony. The balcony is perfectly placed and offers some of the most amazing views of the English Channel.

Set on the first floor the property has a large open plan living/dining area with a TV, DVD player and a dining table that comfortably seats 4.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a built-in wardrobe and an ensuite shower room. There is a second bedroom with two singles and a family bathroom with a bath and shower attachment.

For those that enjoy the comforts of home cooked food, this property comes with a fully equipped kitchen. This includes an oven, a hob, a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cafetiere, washer dryer and an array of cooking utensils and crockery.

The large balcony easily accommodates tables and chairs which you will find stored in the second bedroom.

All linen and towels are provided and for stays longer than a week additional linen and towels are supplied. There is also free WiFi and an allocated off road parking space.

Good Size Apartment in Excellent Location. Thoroughly enjoyed my 16 day stay in this good sized apartment. The location was great - over looking the pebble beach, English Channel and Sovereign Harbour entrance. Good restaurants, supermarket and shops just a short walk away past the inner and outer harbours. The main bedroom was a good size with a very comfortable bed and nice ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom was OK but the twin beds had rather thin mattresses, really suitable only for children. The main bathroom was a good size but would benefit from a shower over the bath. The lounge/dining room was reasonably sized and the furniture OK. It was nice to be able to sit out on the balcony and watch the boats coming and going from the harbour entrance but there were only two usable chairs on the balcony. There were more chairs but they had badly rusted from the sea air. The kitchen was well equipped with good oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

Meer, Wind und Wellen Schöne Wohnung direkt am Strand. Alles da, was 4 Personen benötigen. Auf dem Balkon sitzen, Wind, Wellen und Möwen lauschen, einfach Urlaub! (Sea, wind and waves - Nice apartment right on the beach. Everything there, what 4 people need. Sitting on the balcony, listening to wind, waves and seagulls, just vacation!)

It was just like the picture. This was a very nice apartment in the quieter end of Eastbourne. Shops and entertainment nearby. Quite a lot of people around at the weekend, but very peaceful during the week. The property was well equipped.

This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
