Seafront Apartment Eastbourne
The most difficult daily decision could well be where to eat, given that you are almost within touching distance of some fine cafes and restaurants, whilst the Arndale Centre is being currently refurbished with a huge selection of new eateries as well as a multiplex cinema.
You can look across to Beachy Head from the seafront, which is within the scenic South Downs National Park, for cliff-top walks along to the Belle Tout lighthouse and beyond, to Birling Gap and the Cuckmere Valley, with sensational views for many miles.
Inland you have picturesque villages such as East Dean (try the Tiger Inn and Thai Terre restaurant) and Alfriston (we love the Wingrove Hotel for cocktails in the garden) or head east to Pevensey Bay for huge skies and empty beaches.
All linen and towels are provided, with additional linen supplied for stays of more than a week. Free WiFi is provided and parking permits are available for just £1 per day (free on Sundays) and cover a large part of town.
You’ll have complete control of the central heating so the atmosphere is always warm and inviting and you’ll have lashings of instant hot water thanks to the combi-boiler.
Please bear in mind that this is a third floor seafront apartment Eastbourne and there is not a lift, so this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
This seafront apartment also makes for an ideal short let for up to 4 people.

Great position near sea front. The accommodation was superb. We would highly recommend this property.
A lovely time. Never been to Eastbourne before and it turned out to be a lovely surprise. The flat was so comfortable and the location was perfect. We went for great walks in the south downs and Seven Sisters finishing with high tea at the Grand Hotel. We went swimming and just spent time reading and enjoying ourselves. Can only highly recommend it. Ina
Ideal location. Great base to explore the town from - so close to the beach and plenty of places for coffee / breakfast within quick walking distance. Lovely airy main room & comfortable beds, we'll be back again hopefully!
Lovely clean, comfortable apartment in quiet street with great sea views. Close to town centre, cheap parking (!!) in hotel car park opposite. Roomy 2 beds and bright, sunny sitting room. About 1-minute walk to the new pier. Had lunch in Grand Hotel, a must visit place about 10 minutes walk - much better than Brighton's Grand.
Stayed here w/c 1st April & had a marvellous holiday visiting the south east coast. The apartment is very comfortable, & had everything we needed for our stay. It is also in a fab location - wonderful eating meals overlooking the beach & pier & at the same time being very close to the town centre for supermarkets etc. Highlights of our week included a nightly stroll along the prom, visiting Brighton to do the i360 & walking in the Seven Sisters Country Park, followed by drinks at the Cuckmere Inn, sitting in the sunshine - we were very lucky with warm sunny weather which always helps. We will definitely return.
