Set across two floors this apartment is spacious throughout and has a well designed open plan kitchen/living area that leads out onto your private balcony. You can take a seat and come rain or shine this property allows you to relax back into your chair and gaze out to sea as the weather changes the waves.
This Pevensey Bay holiday rental offers impressively flexible accommodation, sleeping up to eight people across four bedrooms and two floors, all offering great space and light. All beds are an impressive 2m long, so ideal for tall people who tire of short beds 🙂
On the first floor is a bedroom with a fixed kingsize bed and a family bathroom with a separate bath and shower. There is another bedroom on this level, with a zip and link bed that can be made up as a super-king or as twin beds, and this room boasts a spacious walk-in wardrobe, so no need to hold back on your packing!
The master bedroom on the top floor also has a zip and link bed that can be super-kingsize or two singles. It also has an ensuite shower room and plenty of wardrobe space. For families of more than six, there is an adjoining room which can be set up (additional charge of £50 per guest per week), which is ideal for children needing to be close to their parents. It features two single beds and spectacular views over the beach and sea.
The holiday rental has been re-configured to provide a wonderfully sociable setting, with an open-plan lounge-diner and brand new, immaculate and kitchen which provide jaw-dropping views over the garden, beach and sea. In the garden you can enjoy bench-seating for up to eight people with a parasol (well, you will want to take in those views!) and also there are three foldable chairs on request.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer and all the cooking utensils you will need for a self catering break. There is also a washing machine and dryer available in a separate utility room.
The property is dog friendly so it provides as the perfect base for strolls along the beach (please provide details of your dog on booking, only well behaved neutered dogs will be accepted. £50 supplement per dog)
The Peveney Bay holiday rental comes with linen and towels and for stays longer than two weeks a second set will be supplied. The property has WiFi installed throughout as well as an off road parking space and there is further parking free and on-street. Prices shown are for up to six people using only the main three bedrooms, with an additional supplement required if the fourth twin room is required.

I wish we could have stayed longer. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful owner. We booked the place while it was undergoing renovations and there were not yet any interior pictures. The risk paid off in spades.
We had an excellent time here. My two young girls loved the accommodation and spent hours playing on the beach. The location was superb, we were able to spend time exploring the south coast in the day (we did Hastings, Eastbourne and Seven Sisters) and spending long evenings on the beach. All the local amenities are within a short walk and we loved the local bakery! The owner was very welcoming and really helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning. A fab few days with the family.
This property accepts pets only with prior approval (surcharge applies). Strictly no smoking throughout the house.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Friday to Friday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
