Pevensey Bay is wonderful little coastal town just outside of Eastbourne, it offers an amazing stretch of beaches with fishing and boating opportunities. As well as the fantastic outdoor opportunities, Pevensey Bay has a selection of wonderful restaurants and cafes all within a short walking distance from your front door.

Set across two floors this apartment is spacious throughout and has a well designed open plan kitchen/living area that leads out onto your private balcony. You can take a seat and come rain or shine this property allows you to relax back into your chair and gaze out to sea as the weather changes the waves.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer and all the cooking utensils you will need for a self catering break. There is also a washer-dryer available.
The master bedroom has a zip and link bed that can be made up as a king-size bed or two singles. It also has an ensuite shower room and plenty of wardrobe space.
There is another bedroom that has a zip and link bed which can also be made up in the same king or twin setup. The top floor has a fixed double bed and an adjoining room with spectacular sea views. This room is another great place to take in the views, it also has two single beds that can be used for additional guests (additional charge of £50 per guest per week).
There is a further family bathroom so plenty of space and no need for arguments over whose turn it is.
The property is dog friendly so it provides as the perfect base for strolls along the beach (please provide details of your dog on booking, only well behaved neutered dogs will be accepted. £50 supplement per dog)
The property comes with linen and towels and for stays longer than two weeks a second set will be supplied. The property has WiFi installed throughout as well as an off road parking space.

This property accepts pets only with prior approval (surcharge applies). Strictly no smoking throughout the house.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Friday to Friday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
