Free Wifi is provided, along with linen and towels and there is an allocated parking space as well as additional visitor spaces. All bills are included, including central heating and unlimited hot water.
You’ll also be based very close to Pevensey Bay, with it’s empty beach and huge skies or head a little further east for a day out in Bexhill, where you will find the De La Warr gallery, with many a free exhibition (and delicious lunches with fine views from the cafe).
There are historical sites to explore, including battle sites and castles or the awe-inspiring cliff-top walks along the Seven Sisters in the South Downs National Park about 20 minutes drive away.

Carl and Sarah from Exclusively Eastbourne are probably the friendliest and easiest people I've dealt with regarding accommodation. Helpful and efficient, they went out of there way to make sure our stay was pleasurable and successful. Highly recommended!
A very enjoyable stay. Our apartment st Sovereign Harbour was well-appointed, clean and comfortable just a stone's throw from the beach. The service from Exclusively Eastbourne was first-class. They are charming, friendly people who did everything they could to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one. I would definitely recommend staying either for a short break or as a longer stay perhaps as a 'between properties' solution.
Perfect accommodation, would definitely recommend. This apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped for our week holiday with young children. The location was great too as we were visiting family at Langney Point, and we were able to easily walk to the main harbour area. The apartment has 2 double beds so our children shared one which was a great novelty and we had the other. We were arriving late at night so the owners left the key with my parents - they were very helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. We look forward to using this company again for future trips.
The apartment had all you could require and was decorated to a very high standard. I stayed for the first few days with friends, but thereafter spent four days on my own in it. I felt completely safe, no concerns whatsoever for my well being or indeed, my vehicle parked within close proximity of it. The Marina being close by was also an advantage. I would certainly stay there again and recommend it to others.
Perfect, modern holiday flat. Near immediate shopping and amenities, and easy access to the town centre. A modern, clean, functional flat that suits a small family. Questions, concerns and fixes were dealt with immediately by very courteous and helpful Exclusively Eastbourne team, who I would absolutely use again.
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
