Bicknell Lascelles penthouse apartment is just a short stroll away from the Devonshire Park tennis centre, Eastbourne’s theatres, the Towner Art Gallery and the Wish Tower. You are truly in the heart of this wonderful seaside town, with plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Still not convinced? Well… just a short 15 minute walk away lies Meads village with quaint shops and access to the South Downs. An exhilarating climb and you’ll soon reach the white cliffs of Beachy Head and the rolling Seven Sisters hills.
Holiday lets Eastbourne with style and practicality
The short term let is built in a mezzanine style, split across two floors. On entry, the ceiling skylight pours in natural light. The first few steps lead to a double bedroom and the main bathroom, which has a bath with shower attachment.
Up another half flight of stairs and you reach the master bedroom. This can be set up as a kingsize or with twin beds, and boasts an ensuite shower room. To the end of the hall is the third twin bedroom, so this lovely apartment can sleep up to six.
Completing the layout is the open plan living area, which has an inviting L-shaped sofa perfectly placed to gaze out of the window or to relax in front of the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also a washer-dryer and all the cooking utensils and cutlery you need for self catering holidays.
Towels and linen are provided (bring your own beach towels). Free WiFi is included, as with all our serviced apartments Eastbourne.
Parking permits are £1 a day for those bringing a car, although with such a central location you’ll manage without.

Excellent stay in Eastbourne. The apartment has been recently refurbished, nice and well equipped. It can daily host up to 6 people. We really enjoyed our stay!
A modern, clean apartment with good facilities, and near to the seafront and theatres. There is no lift, but there is a wide and secure access staircase. Ideal for use by people visiting relatives in Eastbourne, We used this as an 'overflow' place at Christmas and it was ideal. Extremely clean and warm, and well appointed.

Excellent accommodation. Myself and 2 work Colleagues arrived at this accommodation and was pleasantly surprised it was very clean, modern and next to the shopping centre where I was working, I made my booking through Exclusively Eastbourne, who made arrangement for parking permit which they issued to use, the service cleaning and change of linen and towels was very good, nothing seem to be any trouble. as we travel quite frequently due to work commitment, Exclusive Eastbourne went out there way to make our stay one of the best we have ever stayed in, they are very professional company and corresponding was excellent, I would defiantly recommend booking with Exclusively Eastbourne, if I am ever back working in Eastbourne I would defiantly give them a call.
It was very clean and tidy. Really close to the town centre and a 2 min walk to the sea front. Great communication throughout.
This flat is in a great location just a short walk from the beach, theatres and the town centre. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. The flat is let by a company who were efficient and professional throughout. They provided an extra clean and laundry change when we extended our stay and even arranged for some additional kitchen things to make our stay more enjoyable. The flat was clean, well maintained and has modern furniture throughout. I recommend this part of Eastbourne and this flat without hesitation.
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or apartment building.
There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season and bookings run from Sunday to Sunday, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season and last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
