There is a utility area with a washer dryer, plus a downstairs WC, leading out to a delightful south-facing private patio, complete with outdoor dining table and chairs – another area to relax after a busy day enjoying Eastbourne’s many attractions.

Upstairs provides three spacious bedrooms, each with a fireplace and lovely high ceilings.  The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom is a double.  The third bedroom has a single bed, with an addition single pull-out bed that can be set up in the master bedroom if required for a family of six.  A large wet room boasts a walk-in shower and is stylishly decorated with period tiles.

All linen and towels are provided, together with enough milk, tea and coffee for welcome drinks. WiFi is provided, and parking is free of charge on the street outside.

Pleasant family house. Very pleasant and comfortable terraced house, well situated in the Old Town of Eastbourne very close to Gildredge Park, the Lamb Inn and Waitrose supermarket. The open fire in the living room is a plus.

Perfect family accommodation. We stayed her for a week in July 2018, the house is fully equipped for a family holiday (board games, WiFi, books and videos). Close by (3 minute walk) is a good pub for food, an Indian takeaway, Waitrose and a convenience store. Travel in to Eastbourne is easy and fairly traffic free. We used the train to go to London which again was hassle free from the station in town. The back garden is fairly small but there is a safe park across the road for ball games etc... Parking can be an issue on the road as its a residential area, but we always managed to get a space somewhere on the road Beds, sofas, towels and bedding were all spotless and comfortable. A good value find, which I would go back to, good service provided by Exclusively Eastbourne from booking inquiry to leaving the property

This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
