Stroll along the five-mile long promenade and soak up the seaside atmosphere. Rent a paddle board at Buzz Active watersports centre, try some wild swimming at Holywell or just enjoy a cheeky tipple at one of the beachfront cafes.
Then when the sun dips, enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail in town, dine out at one of the many pubs or restaurants, or even take in a show at one of Eastbourne’s theatres or a movie at the multiscreen cinema.

The Small Print
Minimum age of lead guest is 25+ and it is an adults only property. This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted. No parties.
There is a week-long minimum stay, with Saturday changeovers in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short stays may be possible out of season or last minute.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
