This chic, split-level Eastbourne holiday apartment is set over the third and fourth floors of a Victorian townhouse once owned by the Duke of Devonshire – so some stairs are involved.

Stylishly appointed and designed with relaxation and comfort in mind, the apartment has a luxurious bathroom with double jacuzzi bath and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully kitted for self catering with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and a washer-dryer, while the lounge has a large flat-screen satellite TV with DVD and an iPod docking station.
There is a twin bedroom on the entry floor and a spacious double set dramatically in the eaves. A pull out bed or travel cot can be set up in the double bedroom for families of five. If you wish to use the extra bed during your stay, please request when booking so we can ensure it is made up for your arrival – a supplement of £75 applies (no charge for under 14s).
All linen and towels are provided, plus extra touches, such as bath robes, beach towels, free WiFi and a welcome pack of goodies such as milk, tea and coffee to get you started.
Moments from three theatres which often receive shows from London’s West End and star name performers. You would also be just a couple of minutes from the beach and promenade, as well as the town centre and train station, so a car is far from essential. Should you be driving, we can provide you with parking permits for just £1 per day (free on Sundays), which allow you to park across a large part of town and directly outside the apartment.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
Sofabed usage - please let us know on booking if you wish to use the sofabed, so we can ensure it is made up for your arrival. There is a £75 supplement (no extra charge if for under 14s).
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
