Apartment located close to Eastbourne Tennis and Theatres (Devonshire Park and Congress)
Actors headlining at the Congress or Devonshire Park theatres (about 30 seconds away) are frequent visitors, whilst tennis players and officials also enjoy the prime location close to the grass courts.
You are also well places to access the South Downs National Park, for clifftop walks along the Seven Sisters and into the delightful villages of East Dean and Friston. Why not head east to Pevensey Bay to check out the landing place of William the Conqueror, back in 1066, and then inland to Battle, the scene of the most important military scene in English history?

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Eastbourne, and enjoyed staying in the apartment, it was absolutely fantastic: luxurious, central, modern etc. Angela was very nice and helpful also. All the little extras in the apartment made it just that extra special.
We enjoyed our stay immensely. I especially appreciated the extras that are included in the flat..... We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
Friendly, warm, great hosts. the apartment we lived in first place was nicely furnished, walking distance to town and beaches, very convenient to all the places we wanted to go. If we ever go back to Eastbourne, we will chose those apartment again. Highly recommended.
We were made to feel so welcome from the minute we arrived. The apartment was lovely and in an ideal location. We will definitely be back and would recommend it to our friends. Eastbourne is a beautiful place. We used it for a base for walking on the South Downs. Eastbourne is for all ages. Looking forward to our next visit. Thanks so much. Sue and Owen from Crewe Cheshire
The Duchess is a very well located apartment, close to the sea front and all the local shops. The apartment itself is fitted out to a high standard throughout, with a very nice kitchen area containing all the equipment you`ll need. The bedroom and bathrooms are spacious and light, a real home from home. We received a warm welcome from Angela, who could not have been more helpful and friendly. Parking was just a pound a day, right outside the property. To sum up, excellent location and a clean and spacious apartment. PS, forgot to mention, we even got a bottle of bubbly as a welcome gift, what more could you ask?
