This 4th floor dog friendly apartment is a fantastic property in a prime holiday let location. You have the beach around the corner, Eastbourne town centre and many restaurants just a stroll away and a balcony that overlooks the magnificent Devonshire Park theatre and tennis centre, you couldn’t be better placed!
With its glorious stretch of beautiful coastline, Eastbourne is a wonderful holiday destination. There is loads to do, loads of great food opportunities and hundreds of spots where you can take in some sublime views.
The South Downs Nation Park is reachable from your door by foot, a 20 minute stroll up the promenade and then a 10 minute climb up the hills will have you looking over the edge of the famous white cliffs of Beachy Head. The amazing reward of sky line views at the top definitely outweighs the efforts required to get there – be sure to give this adventure a go while you are in town.
Eastbourne has just recently invested £millions into the new town centre with a state of the art new Beacon shopping and entertainment centre and theatre regeneration of the Devonshire Quarter. The shopping centre is now set across three levels with many big brand retailers opening stores and an eight screen Cineworld cinema on the top level.

The apartment is in a commanding position on the fourth floor of a recently updated building, offering spacious accommodation throughout, with a private balcony that catches the sun from lunchtime through to sunset, so a fine spot for a leisurely glass of wine.
The apartment offers real appeal with a retro, mid-century vibe, with an attractive combination of vintage and brand new furnishings.
There are two bedrooms (each with blackout blinds), the master has a kingsize bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom is a twin and also offers a single chair bed that can be set up for an additional guest making it suitable for a family of five. The bedding provided is luxurious feather and down but there is a hypoallergenic option if needed so please do discuss in advance if this is required.
The family bathroom is well equipped with a bath and shower over, toilet and basin, and even includes under floor heating to keep your toes toasty warm!
The dining kitchen is spacious and includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a washer dryer, plus a table and chairs to eat your meals at or plan the next adventure.
The living area is a cosy space with lots of seating options, a Smart TV, DVD player, DAB radio with a Bluetooth speaker and there is even a PlayStation 3 console with games for you to use during your stay.
Fast WiFi is included in the property so you will be able to keep up to speed with emails while you are away.
There is a lift in the building to whisk you upstairs so you can enjoy the views without worrying about the stairs.
This apartment considers well behaved smaller adult dogs (neutered / spayed) and yet is still stylish and welcoming – talk to us if you’d like to bring along your dog (supplement applies).
Bed linen and towels are included with your stay (please bring your own beach / swimming towels) and road side parking is available with parking permits available for £1 a day, please ask for these at time of booking.

Lovely flat in great location; with views towards the Congress Theatre and its new gardens, the Tennis and the setting sun over the Downs in the other direction. Newly refurbished balcony was a treat (scaffolding on Google maps has gone) sunny from lunchtime until evening gin ?(glasses provided in retro sideboard.. In fact every room has a vintage/retro something..) Beach, theatres, art galleries, quality coffee, award winning vege restaurant, and wine tasting literally 2 mins walk behind the Grand Hotel.. No time to check out their Spa, but I think it takes day visitors?) Everything we needed for an easy, relaxing break. Will def. return.. Thank you, Exclusively Eastbourne
Dress Circle Eastbourne.. Spot of retro relaxation with everything on your doorstep for whole family Lovely winter weekend... Dog loved beach, awesome promenade, dog lovers'shop nearby, and large public lawns 2mins away (saving walk up Downs for another less wet weekend!) Us oldies loved retro furniture, 2 min walk to Towner Art Gallery esp. Ravillious exhibition and lemon polenta cake?, choice of coffee shops and Grove Road rummaging, DAB radio, smart TV, comfy beds, nice gin glasses, coffee table books and armchairs in the sun (when in appeared?) Teenagers enjoyed good WiFi, another smart TV, retro gaming on PS3, long, hot showers, walkable new Cineworld and shopping centre, easy stagger from night out ?) All loved fish and chips, ice cream and the sea air. Would love to return in the summer, such an easy place to stay (the scaffolding on Google maps has gone and the balcony has new balustrade and cedar cladding.. Views towards Congress Theatre and tennis one way and sunset over Downs the other way?) Perfect location in Eastbourne Fantastic 2 bedroom flat in a great location for everything Eastbourne: opposite Congress Theatre & Devonshire Park, 1 minute walk to sea front and 10 minutes walk to Eastbourne Town Centre. Flat was light, sunny, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our family holiday. Easy parking outside of flat. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we’ll definitely be visiting again.
A conveniently located two-bedroom apartment near the Towner gallery and beach in a 1960s-style block. Decorated nicely in un-fussy Modernist style. Suitable for families with an eat-in kitchen, comfortably sized sitting room, and the twin bedroom at one end of the flat and double at the other.
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short breaks may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit. The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
Adult neutered / spayed dogs are considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a supplement will apply. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne prior to booking to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the building.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent. Strictly no smoking throughout the building.
