This 4th floor dog friendly apartment is a fantastic property in a prime holiday let location. You have the beach around the corner, Eastbourne town centre and many restaurants just a stroll away and a balcony that overlooks the magnificent Devonshire Park theatre and tennis centre, you couldn’t be better placed!
With its glorious stretch of beautiful coastline, Eastbourne is a wonderful holiday destination. There is loads to do, loads of great food opportunities and hundreds of spots where you can take in some sublime views.
The South Downs Nation Park is reachable from your door by foot, a 20 minute stroll up the promenade and then a 10 minute climb up the hills will have you looking over the edge of the famous white cliffs of Beachy Head. The amazing reward of sky line views at the top definitely outweighs the efforts required to get there – be sure to give this adventure a go while you are in town.
Eastbourne has just recently invested £millions into the new town centre with a state of the art new Beacon shopping and entertainment centre and theatre regeneration of the Devonshire Quarter. The shopping centre is now set across three levels with many big brand retailers opening stores and an 8 screen Cineworld cinema on the top level.
Spacious dog friendly apartment in a great central location
The apartment is in a commanding position on the 4th floor of the building, offering spacious accommodation throughout with a balcony that catches the sunset perfectly and is a fine spot for an evening glass of wine.
There are two bedrooms (each with blackout blinds), the master has a kingsize bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom is a twin and also offers a single chair bed that can be set up for an additional guest making it suitable for a family of five. The bedding provided is luxurious feather and down but there is a hypoallergenic option if needed so please do discuss in advance if this is required.
The family bathroom is well equipped with a bath and shower over, toilet and basin, and even includes under floor heating to keep your toes toasty warm!
The dining kitchen is spacious and includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a washer dryer, plus a table and chairs to eat your meals at or plan the next adventure.
The living area is a cosy space with lots of seating options, a Smart TV, DVD player, DAB radio with a Bluetooth speaker and there is even a PlayStation 3 console with games for you to use during your stay.
Fast WiFi is included in the property so you will be able to keep up to speed with emails while you are away.
There is a lift in the building to whisk you upstairs so you can enjoy the views without worrying about the stairs.
This apartment considers well behaved smaller adult dogs (neutered / spayed) and yet is still stylish and welcoming – talk to us if you’d like to bring along your dog (supplement applies).
Bed linen and towels are included with your stay (please bring your own beach / swimming towels) and road side parking is available with parking permits available for £1 a day, please ask for these at time of booking.

Newly available apartment close to theatres and beach
There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days and short breaks may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit. The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or load into the dishwasher and switch on. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
Adult neutered / spayed dogs are considered on a selective basis and, if approved, a supplement will apply. Please contact Exclusively Eastbourne prior to booking to discuss your pet if you wish to bring them. Any pet given permission to come must not be allowed on the beds or furniture or left in the property alone. They must only use a pet bed and pet bowls that you bring with you. You will be expected to clean up after your pet and are liable for any damage it causes. Please bring a separate towel for your dog to wipe muddy / sandy paws before entering the building.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent. Strictly no smoking throughout the building.
