Chiswick Place holiday apartment is set within a classic Victorian building (typical of the attractive architecture west of the pier) that is barely a tennis serve away from the Devonshire Park grass courts (home for the AEGON pre-Wimbledon championships), Congress Theatre and Winter Gardens.
You’ll have tasty delicatessants and cafes on your doorstop (we love the tapas restaurant nearby), the shops are just a couple of minutes walk away and the seafront is literally at the street-end so you can sure that you’ll have a prime location for your holiday.
With high quality furnishings throughout and lovely period features, such as full-length windows, decadently high ceilings, wooden floors and a lovely feature fire place, this holiday apartment will appeal to the more discerning.

The master bedroom has a super-kingsize bed and a sofa in the large bay window, along with lovely boudoir-style white wooden furniture. Complemented by its own TV, it provides the ultimate relaxed oasis for a cosy couple. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed and is equally tastefully decorated (think Farrow and Ball throughout and artfully sourced furnishings), so the accommodation sleeps four comfortably and is ideal for two couples sharing.
The whole flat is bathed in natural light – including the bathroom with glass skylight, with a large bath (with shower over).
The large lounge-diner has huge floor-to-ceiling windows, a comfy sofa and two armchairs – perfect for relaxing in front of the large TV and DVD player. The dining table seats up to six for formal dining, but there’s also a great breakfast table in the kitchen for relaxed meals. The kitchen is contemporary, with gloss white cupboards offset by solid wood worktops, and is equipped with dishwasher and a good array of cooking utensils.
The apartment is not suitable for young children, so only permits those age 8 and over, and as it has lovely wooden floors throughout, no stilettos please! Free WiFi is available, plus parking permits on offer for just £1 per day.

Loved the high ceilings and stylish interior. Great Spanish restaurant opposite, theatre about a minute away and beach is no more than 5 minutes walk away. Overall, very happy with our choice.
Children over 8 years old are welcome. This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.
There is a minimum stay of two weeks and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
