Beachy Head, the Seven Sister and South Downs National Park, with clifftop walks, fossil-hunting and kite-flying opportunities aplenty are less than a mile away and a must-visit for all fresh-air enthusiasts. You could easily take a look at the delightful villages of East Dean and Friston, just inland.

All linen and towels are provided, with additional linen supplied for stays or more than a week.  Free WiFi is available, plus on-street parking is unrestricted.

Just returned from a week in this lovely apartment dropping our daughter off for uni - very well equipped, nice part of town (and very close to the uni campus), friendly owner who couldn't do too much. Am sure we'll be back (as an excuse to see the daughter!)

· The Exclusively Eastbourne service is excellent and very clear. We value the simplicity of the arrangements. · We love the Chauffeur’s flat – which is why we came back for a second year. If we don’t come back again, it will only be because we’re about to get a dog – so may not want to leave her at home on future holidays! · The accommodation is spot on , and the “office” is particularly welcome. It would be a perfect place to come for a working break either as a couple or on your own. · Perfect location between Meads and town , with plenty of access to parking · We’ve had a pleasant welcome on both occasions and really valued the privacy too. · Great selection of books and dvds

Well appointed apartment in good location. This apartment is ideal for a couple visiting Eastbourne. It has all the amenities you need for your stay and the owners are charming. It is about a 15 minute walk into the shopping area and about 10 minutes from the sea front - so much quieter - but still accessible for all the attractions the town has to offer. Would certainly stay there again!

This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Friday to Friday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
