Elegantly presented, this two-bedroom holiday home offers a modern and stylish base for couples, friends and small families looking for an escape to the coast.

The apartment has been refurbished throughout for a modern, well-equipped contemporary finish.  The lounge-diner has a comfortable sofa and two easy chairs, plus a dining table sits near the window so you can watch the world go by below you.

The separate kitchen is well equipped and brand new, providing you with all the utensils you’ll need for self catering accommodation, plus a fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave and a washer-dryer.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower over.   The second bedroom has a small double, suitable for one adult or two small children, and has an ensuite shower room.  So this apartment comfortably sleeps three adults, or up to two adults and two children.

All linen and towels are provided in this central apartment in Eastbourne, with additional linen supplied for stays or more than a week. Free WiFi is available.

The train station is five minutes away, with direct trains to London and Brighton, plus there are buses moments away for trips up to Beachy Head and the South Downs National Park for clifftop walks, or to the picturesque villages of Alfriston, East Dean and Friston.

If you are driving, parking permits are available for just £1 per day, although the central location means that a car is certainly not essential.

The apartment is available for week long bookings in the busy periods, although we can be more flexible in the off peak season and short stays may be possible last minute. It also makes for an ideal short let should you need short term accommodation.

There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.

Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.

The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
